I heard this way back in the summer of 87.’ Why weren’t the songs like “All over again” and “Constant Motion” released on a 12” record way back then? Atlantic Records you’ve got a lot of explaining to do! How about an actual cd 💿 re-release with extended,video footage and instrumentals?
@@stevenzagony6187 Politics - Shmolotics. Not always nor necessarily. What they did wrong was hire the wrong staff to manage and control the artist’s music. I would have been an excellent R&R had I known that such a position existed in the music industry. Because I single handedly as a kid would promote music without getting a single dime in return. Yes. I was glued to buying and listening for new music 24/7. Once I heard a good tune I would literally run out and buy the song ahead of time before it even became a hit on radio. I was not even a dj. I can name thousands of 80’s artists that I helped in my area to promote without any knowledge of their own. And I liked sharing the new artist’s info with my peers in school regularly throughout my high school years. I was like a walking Discogs/Mtv/Wikipedia music source of my time during the 80’s for my neighborhood,family and friends. lol! 😆

A lot of politics in the music business, they only promote who they want and feel who is gonna make them the most money.
