    I like Wildes's point about Jaylen always taking the blame. I think Mazzula also gets his fair share of blame as well and I do think Tatum is awesome but it's odd how he always seems to sidestep the blame. Last year I thought Brown was clearly better in the finals and Tatum was the biggest reason they lost but like Wildes says, it always feels like the day after the story is why didn't Jaylen play better.

      Tatum is great, but if you are the leader and best player you should take the most blame every time your team loses.

  • @georgeparker8198

    I agree with Wildes that Brown has become the Westbrook to Tatums Durant, he tends to shoulder most of the blame. I keep hearing about Browns bad handle and yet Tatum had more turnovers in the series than Brown. I would want to leave if i was Brown too. If I'm going to get blamed like I'm the number 1 guy then I want to go to a team where i'm the number one guy.
    I really like the KAT Jaylen trade, I think that would benefit both teams in theory. A Dame and Jaylen trade would also be really good. Im intrigued by Jaylen and Ja but I dont think Memphis gets better from that trade. Ja still hasn't reached his ceiling but Jaylen is close to his.

    • @moyjoker
      @moyjoker Год назад +4

      KAT is not a good fit for the C's injury prone, no defense, cant even rebound like a real big. Now i do think that Tatum gets a pass bc even if he is not making shots, he can defend at a higher level, with JB, you dont know what you're gonna get, might have a 1st qt with 15 pts and then just score 6 more points or he may defend great during first half and then the next one, Duncan Robison will look like Steph Curry. I love JB but needs more consistency

    Literally the entire narrative in Boston for years is that it can’t be Tatum’s fault. How many times this guy gotta show you who he really is when the lights are brightest before y’all finally believe him? 4 coaches in 4 years. A roster rotating around him. Now his number 2 didn’t have a lifetime performance to pull off the first 3-0 comeback in history n the narrative somehow ends up being Brown isn’t good enough, Mizzoula isn’t good enough, Tatum’s playoff body like Harden honestly smh.

At what point last year during the finals or since then has smart looked like the best defender in the league??? I’ll wait. Tatum doesn’t show up often enough, and neither does brown. They both turn the ball over like its mandatory…. They are great pieces but I don’t see any of them as a superstar on the level of Luka, Jokic, giannes, curry… the list goes on. also, the mazzulla firing conversation is so silly to me. they got the 2 seed, made the conference finals, didn't let go of the rope when down 0-3, and this is with a stripped down coaching staff and being thrust into a situation no one was prepared for. this team has underachieved under 3 different coaches, i don't think coaching is the #1 issue. i DO agree that he needs his staff beefed up, that's fine, you ever take a look at steve kerr's benches since he started coaching the warriors?
