Hey there CZS motorsport, I really like your build I'm planning to also build a om605 big turbo setup to go into w115, the only. Problem is here in south africa it is almost unheard of to mod this engine. What can I do to get more power out of mine without any special hardware besides a bigger turbo
@@CZSMotorsport okay cool I'm getting an engine from a friend and it's missing intake manifold,injector pump and of course The computer, I've tried searching for these engines and they are very hard to find around here, they are all in running cars and almost never come up for sale, I was lucky to find the one at my friend as he was planning to sell it as scrap metal, it just needs a rebuild and missing parts as above mentioned I am trying to source these as we speak but like I said parts are hard to find and if I do find a pump it will most likely cost me more than I paid for the whole engine. Do you perhaps know of any suppliers of good 2nd hand parts I can get in contact with?

Is the oil return flange 38mm? And what have you done to the valve cover, its very clean!

Hi, you should get the ecu modified. Go to the superturbodiesel facebook group. A few people there are able to do that.
