      Thank you so much for your kind words. Wait for 3 months after c sec to start your workout. If you don't have any specific health issues, you can do cobra pose and glute bridge

      Mam I had 3 c_ sections. But it's been a year over after the 3rd c section.. so I think I can start with the simple asanas and also as you said with cobra and glute bridge. Once again Thank you mam for your reply😊.
