NijiGPen v0.3: Quick Sketch Cleanup (Grease Pencil Addon)

NijiGPen is a free Blender add-on that I am working on. It aims at adding features to Grease Pencil for 2D graphic design & illustration. This video shows some recent updates related to line editing.

installed latest version in blender 3.6
tried in blender 2.91 and it shows errors about python version

Can't install it, I did manual installation and it doesn't show up, Also did Installation in the Addons in Blender, Even if it says it just installed it, It still shows as uninstalled dependencies
