The add-on is designed for 3.3 and later 3.x stable versions.

The shortcut is [F], or in the top bar menu [Stroke] - [Toggle Cyclic].

Can't install it, I did manual installation and it doesn't show up, Also did Installation in the Addons in Blender, Even if it says it just installed it, It still shows as uninstalled dependencies
