Have question what to do whit brake rotor when it doesnt lock up anymore how to maintain it what to do when it doesn’t lock up anymore

You have to adjust the Shoes inside of the rotor by spreading them out to contact the inner race of the rotor so that they can bite again. You will also need to adjust the cables accordingly.
