That’s him portraying his character from his show called “curb your enthusiasm” where he plays himself but this actually isn’t his real self here. In reality, he’s a nice guy and intelligent and he is filthy rich.

You can tell Conan is genuinely funny when he can make Larry David laugh the way he did.

It's true. Your intelligence is defined by... Well, your intelligence. Not by what university or college you went to. Similarly to how Conan knows people from Harvard who are stupid. I personally know some very intelligent people who didn't even go to any big universities. The fact that you're from an Ivy League University does not automatically turn you into intellectual of some kind. People will rather look for intelligence in the conversations or ideas that you have.

I would love it if Conan had Larry David on his podcast but I doubt it would ever happen. To my knowledge, Larry has only ever done Jeff Garlin's podcast.
He was on Bill Simmons' B.S. Report podcast back in 2014 or around that time to promote his Broadway play.
He did Kevin Pollack's podcast, too. Fantastic interview over an hour long.

Im binge watching "Curb Your Enthusiasme ." during the lckdown. Larry David is the definition of honest and hilarious
Larry David and Seinfeld both have a kinda rude and arrogant sense of humor, but the reason why people usually consider Larry David more likeable is because Larry David always makes fun about himself too. For example here he says that he's not as intelligent as Conan and he often makes fun about his baldness too. It's stuff like this that makes people forgive Larry's sometimes rude and arrogant comments. Jerry on the other hand never really calls himself less intelligent than someone else or anything like that. So that makes him seem more arrogant.

Conan actually showed up in recent new season and Larry wanted to be his friend in the show.
When Larry David doesn't like being around other people, everyone thinks it's funny and likes him for it. How come it doesn't work for the rest of us?
Well, first he is actually funny. He makes jokes every few seconds. Second, he smiles a lot, do you? That shows that you are friendly even if you don't want to be around people, if you had to, you would be friendly. Third he is admired for his work that made many people happy, and they are grateful for that, and you know, he is a celebrity. Now you do all those things and you will get his same deal.
You have to be classy, mature and not too serious about it. Complaining about it on RUclips is exactly why people don't find it funny.
It works for me. I mean, I don't have any friends so I just assume the people I shot down think I'm funny

You're more likely to be hit by a car when you where a helmet. The evidence for their afficacy is mixed at best.
Coincidentally I've been on a bike tens of thousands of times with no helmet and I'm still alive. I find the simple trick is not crashing into other bikers and avoiding trees.
