    Such an incision would make it a classic facelift. Unless you have severe laxity or excess of skin our LaserLipoPlus procedure combined with the MACS lift provides excellent neck rejuvenation without the post-auricular scar. RDW,D.O.

    For prominent nasolabial folds I often use liposuction,subcision and fat transfer to further augment results. The O stitch can also be used to target the nasolabial fold region. RDW,D.O.

      2-0 Prolene with a CT-2 needle does the job.

    Is there a way to extend the lift horizontally behind the neck in order to get more lift in the neck? I am (obviously a layperson) looking for a a facelift procedure that provides a temporal, mid-face, jowl and neck lift - without compromising my sideburns. Thank you.

    It just can't compete with a deep plane procedure

    • @angieruthw

      It definitely competes with price range , no general anesthesia and faster recovery.

      it should be far cheaper--but you avoided the fact that deep plane is what makes a huge difference. This is ok probably slightly less than a SMAS but in no way compares to a deep plane@@angieruthw

    Does the incision continue behind the ear lobe or does it end right at the bottom of the ear lobe?

    • @raymondwolf1209
      @raymondwolf1209 3 года назад +2

      Dear Romana, The incision is variable depending on the amount of neck skin present. Early facial failure can be treated at the earlobe level, severe failure can go behind the ear and follow along the hairline. RDW,D.O.
