After I found out that, some people were confirmed to get the two types of hepatitis & HIV in isaw.. I stopped eating & never went near street food, ever again.
I'm sure there's a slight error from the information that was given to you. HIV can't be transmitted feco-oral, only by body fluids or parenteral. So most probably, they have alrdy HIV. Hepatitis, most commonly hepatitis A, can be transmitted through feco-oral especially with undercooked food which happens commonly in food being barbequed like isaw.

I lived with my family in Philippines for 5 years and ate Isaw almost everyday and never heard about this in my life lmfao
