Seriously, your simple but thorough description of the problem, and eventual solution, evoked a hearty guffaw. Well done. I have a sick limp busted horn on my old Madza MPV which needs immediate attention. NO ONE moves when I honk, although I have detected an occasional slight head tilt.
"YO DAFUK OUDAWAY!" hahahha awesome...is there a how to somewhere? I liked how there was somewhat of a delay when you pressed the horn with the low tone.
You can do it by reaching behind the fender wheel well liner, but you can't really maneuver much. I took off the whole front bumper, so I could see and reach everything. It's not as daunting of a task as it seems.
How do u wire it up? I just bought the low tone and attached it and I'm running it by itself for now until I learn how to wire it. I'm not a handy guy so I need instructions lol
No it screwed right in if I recall. It's the same bracket that is meant to have both horns, but for whatever weird reason the Speed3 only had one installed from the factory.
u need the horns off an old buick, THAT! will really get their attention, trust me i have a complete set of 4 on my lil 93 honda civic hatch, sounds like a train :P
In 2009, did you know you’d be making people laugh in 2020😂
The scenario you painted made me laugh so hard

That ending quote was perfect
It's 2021 and I am now having this same issue lol. Bought a low tone one off of ebay.
Nice.. I was thinking of a air horn but this sounds better...

nice solution, I will probably do the same on my speed 3. I hate the stock horn.
what did you have to take apart to reach the stocker?
@USSVoyager5 I believe it was the FIAMM Freeway Blaster.
I just went to Autozone/Advanced Auto and looked for a generic low tone horn.
i know it been awhile back but do u recall if u added another relay for the Fiiamm low tone? thanx !!

That high tine horn didn't sound too bad to me though
How was this mounted? Did you have to do any drilling?

That's funny, a guy cut me up in my i10 and I hit the high tone 'Roadrunner' horn it has and he just looked at me like "are you serious?!" Meep Meep!
the disc horn sounds like a snail horn huh..?
That's weird, on the Mazda 2 they fit only the low tone.
YO! GET THE FUCK OUTTA MY WAY!
What is that black circle thing on the dash for? ours has one and we have no idea what it is😂
That damn circle dates this video so hard. That was a suction mount for a Garmin, way before smart phones took over navigation lol.
B tone horns with G# tone horns are common.
hahaha.
awsome
Dude so basically the high tone is the low sound and the low tone makes it more noticeable? Basically louder.. I believe I have a hi tone
The high is not very loud and does not have the deep typical horn sound. The low tone is needed to have the complete/typical sound.
Does some know the brand or model of the added horn?
+Julio Rodriguez Loaiza do you deal in car horns?
I have 2 wolo model 110 boat horns lol

i did this to my 1998 Plymouth neon exept the 2nd horn was from a truck hhaha
LMFAOOO 😂🔥👌
Bowie blasters wtf is that lol 😂
Ha ha ending
All I did was remove two 8mm screws from the plastic undercover and peel it back. No need to remove the bumper.
lol
haha
Only in Ohio 💀
Yo get the fuck outta my way...
you can better unplug the original speed3 horn
