I just added a new horn to my 2010 Mazda 3, but I didn't have to take off the tire. I just moved the plastic under the wheel well. It's a tight squeeze, but I was able to make it work.
My horn had very gradually gotten weaker and started sounding like she had a cold, lol. And then she sat for a few months, and now not even a peep. Do you think this would mean water damage or failure? And that I couldn’t repair the horn?
+Robert Dornner... i saw a bundle unit low n high wolo at pep boys. so use same stock fuse n relay then remove n replace horn job, correct? thnx for access idea. ill do same mod like urs.
I have a huge piece of plastic in the way that must be part of the intake. Maybe it's a California thing on the 2007. And you might want to aim your horn down. If it fills up with water it should be interesting

Is the horn one terminal or two?
It has one terminal and its grounded to the frame
