Without having much information to go on, I'd determine the specific requirement for your Mazda, it's best to refer to the vehicle's service manual or inspect the existing horn setup.

All I wanted was to find out how to find the horn so I can cut the wire so the stupid alarm won't be beeping 3 times a night! Why did you bother changing that one the new one doesn't sound any better?

This video shows the horn location. And there's a noticeable difference between the high and low tones.
Here are some potential reasons why this might be happening:
Stuck Horn Button: The most common cause is a stuck or malfunctioning horn button on the steering wheel. Even a slight short or debris accumulation can cause the horn to activate unexpectedly.
Faulty Relay: The horn relay, which controls the electrical circuit that powers the horn, could be malfunctioning. This can cause the horn to activate spontaneously due to a short circuit or wiring issue.
Short Circuit: A short circuit in the wiring leading to the horn could be causing it to receive power intermittently, resulting in random honking.
Moisture or Corrosion: Moisture or corrosion in the horn circuit or wiring can create unintended electrical connections, leading to spontaneous horn activation.
Alarm System Issue: If your vehicle is equipped with an alarm system, it's possible that a malfunction in the system is causing the horn to sound unexpectedly.
To diagnose and resolve the issue, you may need to:
Inspect the horn button and surrounding area for any signs of damage or debris.
Check the horn relay and associated wiring for signs of damage or corrosion.
Test the horn circuit with a multimeter to identify any electrical faults.

Not that I'd recommend to do so, but If you want to disable the horn, why not just pull the fuse instead?
