    this is quality. i love parkrun. my 250 is on christmas day. i also love that it wants to involve everyone. congratulations on the 100 parkruns

    Well done Craig. We're off to Cardiff on Saturday for Dawn to run her 500th. Going back to where it began for us in 2008.

      100% recommend it Phil, it's a top event and a fun way to start Saturday mornings. Particularly if there's a trail one about

    Congratulations on 100 park runs mate 👍🏻 Any advice for someone who has never done one? Do i have to sign up and print a barcode?

      Cheers Mark! I'd say just go to the website, sign up (takes seconds), get your barcode on your phone, and away you go! You can do any parkrun and have your time recorded on your athlete profile. It's wicked!
