At that price are we sure the case is stainless steel? Also for the price I am guessing that the movement is a chinese clone of a Miyota. All this said I have a couple of Starking watches and they are ok ... very decent for the price.
It seems like it is stainless, definitely feels like stainless steel, there is no way to check, but Starking don't lie when it comes to their products, so I trust them on that! They are great!

I would go for a Swiza Plana on Ashford. The watch is swiss made, sapphire coated glass.. also it has both 40mm and 42mm sizes
