    That’s really awesome.
    If you want less items to bring, you can also use the paddle that Hobie provided to you. Detach the paddle into two pieces. The paddle fits right in.

    Going to make one this weekend. I tried the bungie method but frankly I'd rather take my stuff out and tilt it then do that method. This seems to be the superior of all methods. The fact that the cart floats means I won't have to worry about dropping and losing it. Now I can attach the cart before getting to the ramp then just pull up and roll out.

    That is by far the most ingenious way of hooking up your cart. Thanks for the video, I’ll be making one this weekend!

    Hi Jimmy. I'm looking to make one of these rods/poles for my hobie cart. How long/wide is the PVC pipe you used and where did you track down the button clip that pinches into the cart? Having trouble searching for it. Thanks!

    • @jm77chung
      @jm77chung  4 года назад

      I bought clip on below link.
      www.ebay.com/itm/191257167851
      1/2inch Pvc pipe upper is about 14inch long and 1/2 inch metal pipe is 7 inch long.
      I also described all the parts in the description of this video.
      Hope this is helpful for you

    This really is a game-changer. BTW, how is that wheel on soft sand?

    • @jm77chung
      @jm77chung  4 года назад

      For soft sand, Trax 2-30 cart is much better. This wheel is good for hard bottom such as boat ramp. But trax wheels can't do this because of buoyancy.

    Good chance of losing your cart. This takes too long. Just stick them in when you're in 4 ft of water.

    Thanks for sharing. Did you need to bend the tubes of the cart to enlarge the distance? When I try to put the first tube into the scupper hole and pull up, it could not pull all the way up. It touches the hull.
