3. Case and Bracelet Manufacturing
Case Construction: Cases are machined, cut, milled, and drilled from solid metal blocks.
Polishing: Cases are polished by hand for a perfect finish.
Bracelet Assembly: Links and clasps are assembled for comfort and durability.
4. Movement Assembly
Component Production: Thousands of tiny components are produced in-house.
Hand Assembly: Skilled watchmakers assemble the movement by hand.
Testing: Movements are tested for accuracy and receive COSC certification.
5. Dial Creation
Design and Manufacturing: Dials are crafted with precision and may include techniques like galvanic treatments and gem setting.
Assembly: Dials are assembled with hands and markers under a microscope.
