In 1990, when he had a self-titled album out, David Cassidy did an appearance event in a record store in a mall in Orlando where I was working. There were SO MANY fans lined up outside to see him, and he was so nice to everyone. It was total chaos, but he was the calm eye of the hurricane throughout the day, smiling, signing autographs, and stayed way longer than he was supposed to. He was a class act.
I remember seeing this! David Cassidy announced his EFX show in Las Vegas. A cousin of mine was getting married in Las Vegas the very next day, and she and her fiancee invited me and several others to the wedding. The wedding took place at the Excalibur Hotel, which is right next door to the MGM Grand. David's show was at MGM Grand, and after the wedding, I went to see David's show. This was my first time seeing David Cassidy in person, and I was excited! It was a great show, and I loved seeing David! I just wish I could've met him afterwards. This was a fun interview. David had a great sense of humor, and I love his laugh! And he was so incredibly handsome and talented! RIP, David Cassidy. Words cannot describe how much you are loved and missed.
I didn't see the Donny Osmond episode of this show when it first aired, but I saw it recently on RUclips. Normally, Donny is a nice guy, but that day, he stuck his foot in his mouth, big-time!
