I had nerve damage, numbness, it occurred yesterday morning, quite suddenly too, with no apparent cause. I practiced, briefly, some Mudras last night and it healed, well ninety percent suppose. But then the Mudras compressed other nerves in other hand and now you come to me unbidden?

Hi! They are between 180-300hz but they have overtones in the 400hz as well
