I must decompress, for so long I've repressed this pain and this stress,anger,fear and all of the rest, it blinds my way so I can't see I'm blessed and just live in the now but when and so how?outwardly calm ,inside numb and withdrawn,thoughts fill in this void what I dont accept I avoid,a splash of pain to maintain my life through this rain,I struggle with my thoughts my minds like a prison with a nice view on the other side of the gate a passionate Grey line between the love and the hate ,hoping one day I'll escape before it's too late hopefully that's not my fate ,something must change at any given rate.😢
