Your Tibetan sound bowl meditations are amazing and have helped so much!!
One question: can you please make a healing video to specifically activate the frequency of the ventral vagal nerve?
I find the vagus nerve and PNS Tibetan bowl healing videos activate my dorsal vagal nerve in my gut which shuts down my mind and body from my overactive sympathetic nervous system stress and anxiety which is great.
But this shutdown state doesn’t put me in an ‘open and engaged’ state like I would be if I was in the ventral vagal state of my vagus nerve.
In the ventral vagal state, my heart would be open to myself and the world and I would be encouraged to engage with the outside world. It would also help people expand their window of tolerance. Thanks!
I just happened to come across this video now. I found out yesterday,my father has stage 4 cancer. They don't give him long. I needed to just sit, and breathe. Because of this video,I could. I feel a calm,a peace. TY.❤❤❤

I am gently rolling pineapple pulp over my skin as I am listening. How relaxing to heal my skin with pineapple as you are playing the windchimes. I am also seeing fireflies outside my window dancing with each other in the dark. Beautiful.

I’ve suffered from nervous ticks for 67 years since age 5 when my abusive and rather evil stepfather came into my life, I’m very hopeful that this can help me with the ticks. If so, you’ll have a subscriber and supporter for a very long time.
Hi Mark, I'm so sorry you had to go through that. Sound therapy can definitely help release negative energy and tension. However, I would highly consider seeking out a therapist. Talking, visiting past memories, and working through them is a great way to let go of the past. I wish you all the best and remember that you are not alone.
@@Ireneathanasiou thank you, I spent a month in a hospital psychiatric ward 37 years ago for my PTSD and have been seeing a therapist for about 37 years, and I still see a psychiatrist every 6 months. I’m interested in the sound therapy, any suggestions on the best treatment?

Just came across this channel and gave it an immediate follow. For some reason, other videos with Tibetan bowls and similar instruments just don’t do it for me. But this one is fantastic!
