Hey yall, from Alabama in the USA. I don't know if you still have your baking videos but if you do I wanted to send a message. I haven't ever seem a recipe that says to spray water on them after the first bake. I'm going to try it next time I bake biscotti. Thanks.
Ohh Geoff, you've done it again. You seem to know all of my favourites. However, you are wrong on one point. The biscottis will definitely not keep for any length of time, in a tin. They won't get the chance!
I like this recipe and your procedure is clear to me.
Thank you for your sharing.
Hhi Hsing-Ru Ho. You are very welcome. I am glad you like the recipe.
Hi there, I luv everything about coconut. Will book mark this, thank you Geoff !
Hi Sky, I hope you enjoy them. I thought they were great. I brought some coconut and seed clusters back from Canada with me, cant stop eating them.
Hi Geoff I know this is an old video but I love this recipe it looks so tempting with that nice cup of coffee lol. Thank you for sharing
Hi Farida Aminy, thanks very much. It was actually a cup of tea(with milk in), as I don't drink coffee.

HI Donna. Oh yes, all these years later I am still making videos. I think a little water helps make the biscotti so nice and crisp.

Sabiha Kazi Hi Sabiha, that's good. I hope that you enjoy them.
Thankyou Geoff really nice recipe 😊
Hi Karen, thanks very much, glad you like it.
Baked twice makes them nice. Lots of crunch when you munch. As they say in Italy, "Questi biscotti sono molto delizioso."
I need to eat a few to be able to get my tongue around that phrase. LOL.
Hello. Do you have any recipes for savory biscuits? I love better salted-biscuits. Thank so much. you. Love from Algiers, Algeria.
Hi, Yes there are a couple of savoury biscuits/cracker recipes on my blog and my youtube channel.
Thank you for taking the time to answer. I'll check the blog. Blessings
