This was helpful. I picked up a used one. I had to hold buttons on the back of the box for 5-10 seconds to "unpair" from the former owner, to get my box to the 2 flashing blue lights
One other thing to keep in mind is that if you have Directv, your connections go into the satellite receiver, not the TV. That's how mine is connected.
Yahoo!!!! You are so right! I have been trying for days to figure out why our adapter did not work while connected to our 2013 Samsung TV, then I saw your advice and used the toslink cord to connect to our DISH box and Adapter and WALA! it works now! Thank You! Why didn't Oticon mention that thought in their book? BTW I understand that the Toslink is the preferred cord to use if possible as it is fiber optic and you get a clearer sound.
So you don’t know how to put a bit of red plastic into a red hole and a bit of white plastic into a white hole! I mean, you would have to be incredibly mentally challenged to not be able to match up two colours! Why are you getting aggressive with someone because YOU don’t understand something!? I understood it perfectly and it worked just fine. A little less self entitlement might be more helpful!
I found this ver helpful, as the user guide doesn't mention what the colours are on the box to problem solve the issue. Thank you.
Can an Oticon box be used with other makes of hearing aid?

I didn't see where you showed how to hook the cords to the TV or speakers?
Very helpful...Thank you!
Thanks 😊
Is this for only ONE brand of hearing aid ?
Of course it is. You can’t make a video for every brand. That’s ridiculous.
Do the box come separate
2:41 pm where do I buy the black box and cords?
Will it cut off the sound for everyone else?.
no
does this send sound to only your hearing aids.....and no sound to the room so no one else can hear the tv?
TV sounds continues from your TV for other listeners.
It’s getting the streaming in the problem and the manual doesn’t give me anything soooo frustrating
See my reply to Buster Sterling above for an answer! yes, soooo frustrating.

This video DOES NOT show how to connect the wires from the box to the TV!!! No good to me at all. Why bother???
