hey.... I'm in this .. thats me at the 2min mark pretending to be a camera guy.. Acting i gues its called.. also built the set and maintained it during the shoot and after. 20 years in the film biz and i have to say... Gary from snow Patrol is one of the nicest dudes I've had the pleasure of working with. total class act !!!!
Colman Costello as a long-time fan, this is so nice to hear even though I already know. Just meeting him for a few minutes after gigs you can tell he has a good heart, which is why it’s been heartbreaking to learn about his struggles with addiction and depression. I’m so glad he got help and is doing better now, but still it made me sad that somebody whom I admire so much and who has brought so much joy into my life with his music and wit had to suffer like that.
He is so down to earth and salt of the land. I love the fact he has live Instagram where he interacts with his fans. To me that shows he is so generous with his time. His foundations do a lot of work. I wish to meet him one day.

Really?? Omg that makes me happy to hear! The concept of the video is fantastic, it’s his *everything* but the crew (subtle dig at the entire music industry? Or maybe just his own experiences?) wants to polish with glitz and glamor and a “better” looking dude. Doesn’t work in the end. It closes with a “come as you are, imperfections and all” ❤

This is what a good music vid should be, funny, sensible and have a story. I was never bored while watching and got my AWWW moment in the end (I KNEW the director would end up dancing with him). Love it. It suits the music too.

Back in the early 2010s, I had an mp3 player that could pick up radio, so while I was staying at a relatives house, I listened to music on the radio. One night, this song came on, and I just remember holding the player up to keep the good reception, because I fell so much in love with this song. Now, I love it just as much, and I feel so happy I discovered it by accident all of those years ago.
This one of the most nostalgic songs I’ve ever heard. The time I wasn’t familiar with indie rock scene and I was hearing Marron 5, Snow Patrol, Interpol,... . Now I’m always in the basement, I mean underground, out of sight.
I completely forgot about this song, then today it was on the radio at a cafe I was 😭 I remembered the lyrics right away, every word. And the video is still amazing, so awesome
