Can you make the outro a little longer? Just make it fade into a black screen that lasts for 5 seconds or more. I stop relaxing whenever an ad plays just seconds after the video ended. Also I love the new environment. I can’t wait to try doing this in the rain soon

A question: when I do Wim Hof breathing before sleep I catch myself not breathing before falling asleep. I feel like I really have to breath and haven‘t for some time. This wakes me up again. I sometimes have this 4-5 times before finally fall asleep. Is this a common problem?
Kitaro friend, I've been doing our breathing routine with you for 3 months and I noticed you removed my morning workout? - I mean the breathing session to increase energy levels during the day - 3 full breathing sessions plus 2 short 15 breaths and hold on the last one for 45 seconds. Of course I know it by heart and I can do it myself - BUT WITHOUT YOU IT'S NOT THE SAME !!!!!

Normal wim wof method and in the end , ad the variation of different type of breath ( hold your breath while we inhale instead exhale)
