- An officer in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin was on traffic enforcement assignment when he spotted a speeding vehicle on February 6, 2023. He attempted a traffic stop when the driver refused to pull over. An underage passenger was pulled out of the vehicle while the driver fled again. No one was injured. The vehicle was later located that day in Milwaukee. For more videos and photos, visit / incidentresponse .
If you are going to box someone in you NEED to get BEHIND the vehicle and not on the side!!!
Exactly
Yeah and that's why I was saying how dumb that female officer was. Can you imagine having to work with someone that doesn't have common sense? Even a 10 year old would know to block the back if the front is already blocked.
Common sense
it’s a women driving no common sense whatsoever
Front and rear, sides do nothing for u.
So amazing, confounding etc that so many times officers, when they drive up, get as close as they do but don't box the perp in. It's perplexing!
When I see stuff like that I ask myself, “is that a police force where the officers get into more trouble for damaging their car than they do for not catching a perp?”. Bad Street practises very frequently reflect bad command.
I yelled at my damn computer screen when I saw all three hadn't boxed him in. Biggest forehead slap moment of their careers.
Lack of Funding equals Lack of Training and Quality Officers, plus their commanders refuse to stick up for them due to backlash from the public and elected representatives.
Especially when he's yelling "box him in", and they half-heartedly get close, but not fully commit to the boxing! I agree with @camberweller, they've probably been admonished for patrol car damage.
Yes. This happens in many situations. They need to take lessons from Arkansas police. Get agressive to STOP the threat to innocent people. So may opportunities and they just let the criminals go.
The amount of times these cops could have boxed him in and stopped him but didn't is astounding to me. Really cringy.
*That was one female Muslim* (4:37-38) Yeah they should have *hit* the car, after all most of them have push-bumpers.
@@isallah1kafir196 doubt it is - seems like someone with their hoodie up not a hijab im guessing
@@AlpineVulcan Not a hijab, correct, but the Islamic head-scarf often seen by Ilhan Omar and of course the Muslimas I see every day I am out in public...
@@AlpineVulcan not a HIJAB, correct which would cover her face. This is the Islamic headscarf, seen by Ilhan Omar and many female Muslims I see every day I am in public.
Easy for you to say from the comfort of your BarcaLounger.
The police should be ashamed to put the video out for everyone to see how they screwed this up.
They usually have no choice. This is likely FOIA obtained footage.
@@radon360 FOIA can't be used if the investigation is ongoing. So yes, they very often have a choice.
Its simple..black people are unpolicable. THey wnat mayhem in their communite.s THey demand help, but wont snitch. THey demand black mayors and police and then still do it. I say corden them off and let them enjoy their crazes third world behaviour to themselves. But keep our FUNCTIONAL communites out of their reach. KNow wha im sayin
@@bigguy7353 ...and investigations are a temporal thing. Unless information requested meets certain other criteria, it eventually becomes fair game. Even if the investigation of this particular incident hasn't concluded, there isn't much of a point to withhold the footage and expend the resources fighting the request. Eventually the reason to deny releasing it becomes invalid.
Draw gun and stand in front of running vehicle, great move!
Boxing them in doesn’t do much good if you leave the front of the box open.
Cash bond was set at $20,000 for the man who was later arrested.
And the crazy part about it is is he look like a female.
that was a woman.
@@josephrobinson5452 Exactly. Wow, Martin Lawrence in that car. SHenana brother...Lenay nay
the ride to the police station was deemed "time served"
I swear I've seen dude before around milwaukee too lol.
The cops should have blocked the suspect from behind the first time he was cornered
SHould have defended themselves and hte community from her driving.
The real problem is their local government won't defend their actions and soft policy
Police should simply have DISABLED the fleeing vehicle by ramming the front wheel or the rear wheel.
Cop: You're gonna get shot.
Driver: Move so you don't get run over.
It's not a Chevy Traverse.. it's a Chevy Reverse.
Yeh, same sht
Lol, good 1😂
nice one
😅😅😅
Wow you’re hilarious
That slow reaction of the cops that allowed her to fly away 🤣
HIM TO FLY AWAY
Yeah it did look like a female for sure but the officer said it was a male. They female officer was so dumb for not blocking the vehicle from behind. They don't think with smarts at all is something I learned about police officers long time ago.
I thought it was a female
It's hard to tell considering they all dress the exact same and don't have hair.
slow because blacks have hog tied the cops from doing their job. THANKS AGAIN, LEftists. YOU make society more dangerous
All they had to do is pin the car from the back with the front car. What were they thinking.
It looks like the female police officer didn't want to scratch her SUV. She had multiple attempts to stop the POS completely. Nope, let's just let the POS drive off and possibly crash into innocent people.
She is the first line of defense. FAIL!!
Yep, she was worthless.
Police with painted nails, what the hell?
You let them get away??!!?? Seriously? That's embarrassing.
Officers were scared to get a little scratch on their cruisers. That was pure incompetence and frustrating to watch.
When you have admin. Who will hand out suspension
like candy, can you blame the officers? This (as well as many other reasons) is why nobody wants to be the police anymore.
Small departments can't afford to always fix their cars or have spare cars. From what I've googled, Whitefish Bay is a town of 15,000 people. Upper middle class, looks pretty affluent. The officers are probably not used to this kind of stuff. 15,000 isn't a lot of tax revenues from the locals. Why do you think when there's a chase in places like Arkansas, it's only the ASP that does the pits. The state has more money than the local or county to fix their vehicles or handle lawsuits. A big lawsuit would bankrupt a town of 15,000 people.
Pansy-like.
@@DroneStrike1776they are used to it. They have almost no backing from politicians. Also most of the time the cars are stolen and not wrecking them and getting them returned to the owners usually helps too. And before you ask, I literally bought my car from the dealership you see in the video.
"You're gonna get shot, you're gonna get shot". Maybe act instead of warn. 1 less that tried to run over an officer.
Well if he shot him, we'd be watching BLM burning down the city of Whitefish Bay right now with the media cheering it on.
"You're gonna' get shot! - Just kidding, go ahead!"
Gotta admire someone who can drive backwards for a whole block. I can barely back out of my garage in a straight line 😅
😅😅😅😅. I thought so too.
Total incompetence! I was a LEO for 30 years, including being part of the command staff. I can tell you some of these officers would have been in the chief's office getting disciplined for their inability to safely end this early on.
I bet your colleagues had their own party after you retired. So glad.....buh bye.
First, thank you for your service.
Second, you are sooooo correct. I was yelling at my damn screen.
@@melodymakermark Do you think you could do better and would you be willing to show us?
I am guessing their command staff has told them not to scratch the police cruisers and that's why they are timid.
@R L T, do I think I could’ve stopped behind the perps vehicle rather than nosed up to it? This is you question?
Yes
Miluakee PD please tell your constituents WTF IS THE POINT of having those retrofitted push bumpers on your big a$$ Tahoes and Explorers if you're not going to pin in fleeing vehicles?! Put some grit into the block!
All three squads were all from the Whitefish Bay Police Department.
ASP would be more aggressive with Smart cars
Its called ACLU and Afirmative action mayors. They wont let the cops do their jobs because frankly black people are difficult to police
Notice how he left his passenger, like as if she wasn't going to rat him out.
that was a HE? More like a THey, THem, THing
Coward.
Pathetic effort by the cops. Absolutely shameful and embarrassing, letting a loser get away that easily.
Whitefish Bay police officers need better EVOC training.
Who says? You? Who are you?
Better yet, fire arms training
@@deepakfineberg Some priceless YT Expert commentary here. 🤡
@@RLTtizME word up. Because it makes more sense to ignore it. To ignore why these places they inhabit are mysteriously bad because of some mystery people that shtup their schools and throw trash out their windws the violence is from some nomadic people that no one can see. Because that makes far more sense.
@@deepakfineberg Unfortunately…you are not making much of that in your commentary. Man up.
How embarrassing….this is what passes for police nowadays…I mean did you even think to put the car against his? C’mon man..
Get the Arkansas State Police out there to do some pit maneuver training.
They already know how.
Better yet, fire arms training. THese people know the cops cant do sht thanks to the ACLU
It would’ve been over if they were there, they don’t mess around.
Byrd leads the pack.
Byrd!! Justin!! ASP💙
Those two units could have utilized their push bars better and angled the car to the officers that had them at gunpoint and it would have been stuck.
I often wonder why all the cops get out of their cars and wave their weapons around - but if one had stayed in his car, the pursuit could have been maintained. Or as soon as the offender's car starts moving, why not push it into the curb or another car? Or do these cops have to pay for the damage to their vehicles?
Female officer apparently can’t properly box a car in
That was annoying to watch. I know you can't catch everybody but the amount of times those officers had the chance to end it and didn't was frustrating. IDK do the stations charge the officers for repairs of the cruisers now because it looked like they were afraid to pin him in.
Some county officers are not allowed to make contact on purpose unless they are told so by their superiors. Mainly due to the shortage of cruisers and funds to repair/replace them. If there had been a State Trooper there they have more resources so he/she would have pitted them and taken them out.
@@calvinh.8882 Good point and many states with high drug traffic interstates ( Rt. 40) like Arkansas receive large federal funding to supplement state coffers.
Black people know they have hog tied cops from being effective. Now watch as their mayhem rains down
Yep, I was screaming at the screen to pull up BEHIND him you fools! Why is that so hard to comprehend, and don't tell me you might get shot!
Yeah but that's what insurance is for.. the insurance should pay out after sending the bill to the criminal.. it's not like they are out there riding around uninsured right? 😅
Just think of all the chances they had. What do cops not get about “blocking” someone in. Put your car behind his! Geez
Why is it always the same suspects?
Usual suspects !
Major lack of training.
It was like everyone was in the area at the right time , still couldn't shut it down.
Total incompetence!!! This could have easily ended within minutes. You can't box someone in by inching to their side. Kudos to the officer driving the Silverado, he actually did a really good job.
Other cop needs to look up “box him in.”
Its a zoo. You have affirmative action demanding you hire women and black guys with criminal records. THen you have the ACLU not allowing you to pursue or discharge a firearm
Cops did not want to scratch their cars or what?
I'll bet the driver's Wisconsin licence is printed backwards as well....cops would need a mirror to read it then.
What a surprise, Typical Suspect as per usual but this time the female version!
Wow, I’ll be talking to the village board after watching that. My taxes are way too high to have such incompetence in my police department.
Well it’s clear the cops didn’t want to damage their vehicles. Frustrating.
That was an EXCELLENT video. Some of the best editing I've seen. The perp has mad reverse skills. Too bad the officers weren't on the ball. Always park behind the vehicle or up against them. If you know the perp can do reverse like that, park behind.
That female officer doesn't understand what "box him in" means.
I'm dumbfounded. No words whatsoever to describe how she could've gotten away from that "box-in" scenario. Good thing she didn't run that officer over.
LEO may as well be saying: "Back off!" since the driver was anyways, lol.
BW ha aha
With the stupid rules they have to follow it's surprising they catch anyone. Perfect place to run from the police.
And yet they chose not to box him in. Nothing against the rules about catching perps and making the community safer.
Man I drive through here almost every single day and this is supppppppper rare. I was wondering why they were redirecting traffic that day…
Traffic wouldn't be redirected for a mobile, evolving incident.
@@bigguy7353 welp, they were… Couldn’t turn left east bound at that intersection on my way home and had to take a detour.
I blame the female officer for being reluctant to pull her vehicle behind to block them in must have been afraid to get her vehicle scratched. And why did the officer threatened the driver with a firearm why didn't he pull and use his mace or taser?
Yes sir you are correct .
They have push bars on their cars and they don't even hit them
The cops let another criminal escape.
That female officer needs to learn what “box ‘‘em in” means. Pulling up NEXT to the car doesn’t help.
Troopers wouldn't hesitate to bury that car in snow
Anyone else get frustrated watching this ? Cops could’ve trapped that car 10 times
He missed an opportunity to face taze that driver. Don't see enough of that.
I don't think that would be allowed per policy.
@@RLTtizME um,
Sarcasm.
@@johnnypkbond1251 Um....same here sweetie.
I take it the female officer didn't want to get her car scratched so she went with the stern lecture option instead. I'm not surprised it didn't work.
Typical suspects I see.
bruh
Cops seem more concerned about scratching the paint on their units then stopping the vehicle.
These cops don't seem to know what "box him in" means. lol
You had FOUR cars and still can't box the vehicle properly! It looks like you really don't want to stop him.
So here I am yelling into the computer, "Get behind her, get behind her!"
As others have said below, very frustrating to watch. I hope this incident resulted in a bit of additional training.
Pitiful response time to go hard on these people send a message
Get your couch out there and help out.
"Block him in Block him in" dosen't actually block him in...😂
That perp needs to be hired to train that department on how to drive. Drives better in reverse than these cops driving forward.
"You're gonna get shot!! You're gonna get shot!!"... and then she pulls away... without a single shot fired.
The best adrenaline adrenaline flow ever
I would say these Officers need more training on Pursuit Tactics and BOXING IN..
Boxing in only works if done after using a PIT
@@zzzaccounting5924 How about the first screw up when the female cop didn't get behind him, that wasn't a pit?
The woman driving car 10 had TWO chances to box them in. Come on honey, wtf.
The driver must be playing GTA 5😂😂
WHY NOT PIT??? " STOP you're gonna get shot"....NOTHING!!!!...DON'T say something and NOT FOLLOW THROUGH...WHY NOT USE TASER?!?
Why in the hell does the other officer pull right beside it like the other one instead of going around blocking the other side...god that pissed me off...done it twice...
i have a sneaking suspicion that most people don't believe there is a hell.
The black folk be scared of DA Powlice.
Whitefish bay Police Officer's are like watching the Keystone cops, it's better than a comedy show. They definitely don't know how to block a car in at all and need better training. PSSST!! Clue: You are to aggressively block all angles of escape, so the suspects vehicle can't get out. Then deploy the stop sticks by throwing them under the vehicles tires. Classic!!!
What part of box in do they not get.
It's unbelievable how dumb that female police officer was for not blocking the vehicle from the back. To me that's the only thing that made sense. Their thinking process is far different from mine. I guess you can't just walk in a store and buy a brain that's in good working condition. That's something you have to be born with.
If a cop was yelling you're gonna get shot to me I think I'd try to get far far away from him.
That’s slow reaction of the cops that allowed
Her to fly away 🤣
That wasn't a box, it was a tub. "Tub him in, no boxes!"
Incompetent is definitely the right word for the backup officers
That protected culture knows no bounds.
100% True dat 🍉
If this was in Greenfield she would not have gotten away. They don’t play.
Exactly south suburbs don't play north suburbs ass
Crazy
If i have a 4 sided object and blocked it from all 4 sides, how much could it move? Sad
Good video definitely one of the better ones. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Appreciate that.
That second cop needs to learn what "box him in" means.
He was doing a "Tenet" for real going in reverse.
Barney Fife trained these cops....
Or the Uvalde, Texas institute of policing. LOL
The incompetence is astounding…
Piss poor effort. You could have blocked them in but failed. Your threats of shooting were lame. No one tried to run you down. So close and yet so far from doing any good. Shame on you guys.
I mean really? It's a narrow street. How many opportunities to block him from behind are you going to miss?
Why do they ALWAYS leave just enough room for them to get away? Almost like they want the vehicle loose so they can chase it.
or let it out of their jurisdiction, so they can get back to their Got Damn donut.
Why not shoot the tires out when they had a chance??
Oooo, enriching our lives and improving the very core of our society!
Wow, blocking in the driver's seems to be an impossible stunt, I don't know if it's the residents or the police which have these issues, stopping? These kinds of incidents are on the rise, if you can't get ahead of them, you're going to fall behind!
What kind of boxing in was that
This man saw the movie Tenet and thought it was a documentary
Anything that happened after the first two failed box ins should come out of the police force fund … they aren’t even using it properly
Those cops need a bit more practice in 'boxing' cars in.....😆
I think that when the policeman came from the other side of the road, he could have stopped behind the car so that he could not escape.
Those cops thought their bumpers were made of eggs
Oh Lord! What a mess!
Why, why, why is it so difficult for cops to block another vehicle in?! 🤦🏼♂️
At 2:53 the driver and passenger are both looking at their phones. WTF?? Please explain this to me.
