Greek gardouba recipe (lamb spleen and intestines) - Easter recipe. Gardouba, kokoretsi, and frigadelia are Greek traditional appetizers for Easter. We showed frigadelia in our previous video but it's the first time we're showing you a gardouba recipe step-by-step. Gardouba is very similar to kokoretsi and we could say it is a kokoretsi variation. There are many recipe variations to gardouba and kokoretsi from ancient times until today. So, let's see a unique recipe for gardouba appetizer created by our channel partner and dear friend George Karagiannis, who is a chef and writer of numerous gastronomy books.
