I’ve actually worked with somebody that has this or something similar. His breath permanently stunk of alcohol. But I was told by others that he has this medical condition. I thought they were winding me up at first. But I’ve seen him eat and drink tea but his breath still smells of alcohol. He was never drunk neither I noticed.
