Me too! It is so incredibly nice! I’m sure I’ll be showing it off more! It’s tough in the small space of Bert. We are on the Dog Park Tour! Lol She’s got me on a workout plan!
Great video son! Lots of important topics covered there. I hope people who are able will be inspired by your coverage of CASA. It is a very important and needed organization. How generous it is of Ohana’s to donate proceeds from her opening day to them! ❤
Rena is an absolute angel on earth. The reason their food has survived a complete switch in menu focus is because, when you do it with love, anything is possible! You can taste the love! The entire crew at Ohana’s 395 are fantastic people! Rena’s husband, Bob does a lot to support their business and also is a plow driver for Cal-Trans! Thank you for always supporting me , Mom!!!
What a great video Vic! My Dad would take us up to Susanville. He had a coworker that lived there and he was big into trains. I hope Ohana 395 finds its groove and becomes very successful. They are on the right track. Helping Casa of Lassen will cement them as a pillar of the community❤️Stay safe out there! Thanks for sharing and wish your Mom a Happy Mothers Day😘
I’m very glad that you enjoyed it! I cannot wait to explore the area further! It’s sooo close! Spoiler Alert! I have found a permanent spot to park Bert and that frees us up to travel in CaroSu (that’s my car) which gets me places much faster and much cheaper! Thank you for the well wishes! Those people at Ohana’s, mean a lot to me! I first got to know them as their bartender, and how people treat the “staff” tells a lot about them. They will always be some of my favorite humans! They are proof that when you lead with your heart and your purpose is true, anything can happen with personable persistence.
Are you kidding me?! We LOVE it! Thank you very much, Robin! I feel so incredibly lucky! It’s just beautiful!!! I’m glad you enjoyed the video! I’m sure your blanket will make more appearances in the future!
That is very noble of you to help bring awareness to others about this organization helping kids and alternative foods for those who need it and like it. Great video Vic , see ya next vid , stay cool brother
I’m glad you can appreciate it! Thank you! It’s difficult to talk about these sorts of topics without coming off preachy or sanctimonious. I really just want people to understand one another better and be kind to each other. I’ve seen these allergies for many years in the service industry and it breaks my heart how upset it can make some people. Nobody wants to have these issues but they persist regardless. Thank you, again! Much Love my Brother!
First, a note to Miki: you are the best and I just want to snuggle with you!!!!!! You're starting your new life with your human, Vic, and I can tell you are so happy and loving it! Yay! (It's no secret, but your human Vic is loving it and happy too!). 😍😍😍 I like the owner/chef of Ohana's 395 and the food looks delish! Anything done with love is imbued with love! So, their food has to be divine! Thanks for the info on CASA! They do good work and need funding as well as volunteers. Children are our future and they are the most vulnerable in our society. I'm always thankful for people like Jennie "fighting the good fight", as you said. I loved The Vandals tune! You know I'm always interested to see what music you add to your video each week! Big Hugs from down south in Inyo... Kirsten (Keerston) 🤗🤗🤗
Sooo much goodness to unpack here! Miki says thank you and you’re right, papa is a huge nerd and embarrassingly loves on me all the time! But…I get to do fun shit! Rena is the best! I’ve loved their entire crew for years! I first got to know them as their bartender and they were best! I had foster sisters growing up for a very short time but it was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. I have a big heart. I really care. I’m not perfect. I fuck up all the time. But, I know we could all use a lot more love in our lives and a lot less judgment. It breaks my heart that people can just love one another. Much Love, Kirsten!!!
Been to Susanville many times, and Biz Johnson Trail. Not a lot happening economically, other than the prison. Small town America has suffered under tax and spend government many years, and this Nov., we have a chance to right these wrongs'. Thanks for good memories of another-wise depressed economy. 😇
You’d be surprised! There’s plenty of forward movement there! I’m proud of my friends for making such a bold move! They need people to move to Susanville and invest in the local economy. The area is resource rich, the people are great, and it’s totally affordable! Much Love!
Fantastic video Vic! So many subjects that touch my soul, the food, the animals, great blanket btw, and the children ❤❤❤, I could go on and on about how important children should be listened to, as an adult who grew up in an abusive situation I too am a big big advocate for the best life for a child. Thank you, many times over for bringing this important subject to the forefront, and God Bless those wonderful adults taking time to love the children of today. Sorry if I’m just rambling, but you touched my heart today ❤❤ Oh also, I love the name of this town, as my name is Susan lol
Thank you, Susan! Please, by all means feel free to share. This is a judgement free space and I love knowing people’s stories. Everyone has one and I intend to hear as many as I am allowed to! I am truly sorry for your struggle and proud of you for being a survivor. I’m honored and moved that I was able to touch you with their stories. I knew I would loose some subscribers with subjects like these. As Rena mentioned, I’ve got to be true to myself. Thank you, again, Susan!!!
@@thevicmeiershow your a wonderful person, and other wonderful people will follow you, build it and they will come, as they say. For sure, Be true to yourself 😊♥️☮️ Thank you for your kind words So many kids are used and abused, we need to lift them up and give them positivity and teach them to be kind to one another and show love to them all Those ladies were awesome 👏
Absolutely loved this! Thank you Vic for keeping it real wherever you take us fans!!
Fans!!! Thank you, Tammy!!! I’m very glad that you enjoyed this episode!!!
