Then a Noise Tank shows up and challenges you. After beating him, you get the dog. It’s still the only game I finished 100% on everything. I had a friend over a while later and he deleted the save game as a goof. I was pissed off at him for at least a week.

Aren't the tanks and planes a little... much? I mean they're just graffiti artists. It's not like they're doing any real harm like killing or robbery. That's what grand theft auto is for
It's basically a subtle hint that Tokyo-to is basically under conglomerate dictatorship rule where anything that is NOT accept by the conglomerate, be it a certain thought/idea or a sense of freedom, will be met with extreme opposition and punishment. This game is basically a more child-friendly version of Mirror Edge where instead of being a runner opposing the conglomerate by assasinating key figure or infiltrating enemy building to steals important information. You oppose them by painting graffity all over the place instead as a way to irritate them. Though, you have to fight the other group of skaters and your goal is not exactly to liberating the city from the elite rule.

You are born-again with the Spirit of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and are not only legally justified before God, but also are accredited His righteous (Romans 4:24). Believers live for Christ now, so get to know Him through His Word. I recommend reading the book of Romans and the gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John), and watching Pastor Joseph Prince’s online sermons!
