This game has so much charm. It may not look great by today's standards, but the soundtrack and raw gameplay are top notch. It's criminal this series only has two titles. I will always stand by the controls in this game being a little bit wonky and the enemies being beyond a nuisance, so I won't say the gameplay is "top notch," but passable.
"tough enemies" is a bit of an understatement. Especially the later ones. Jetpack Golden Rhinos that hover around the graffiti you need to do and don't leave, who don't change their impenetrable attack pattern whatsoever, even if you get lucky and spray one of their backs? That's beyond "tough," for me. That's just a plain unfair, time-waster (not to sound angry).
