I can't tell you the nostalgia and pure, childlike joy seeing this brings me. These were just simpler, care-free times as a kid. I hope they either put this on the buyback or remaster it.
They remastered the first game from Dreamcast and put it on consoles and PC in HD, but they should have remade this one as well in HD because people who never owned the game on Xbox could have a chance to check this game out today.
The second one did not sell well, the first one was so much better (in my opinion). While I would buy a remaster, I don't blame them for not remaking the sequel

SEGA has made some of the baddest games🙂 unfortunately they don't get enough credit for it.
That's not beat
I used to play this when I was around 4. My first video game, and still a favorite. I always played as Corn, and I will always like him
What year were you born
this was the very first console game i played when i was kindergarten age and i always played as corn too
Corn is the best character by far
Thomas Heighway yes!!!!
@@jacobstauffer8065 they coulda been born 1988 or younger, the games pretty old
This is the first game i beat and my gaming life unfolded
This was my childhood. What great times of no worries or responsibilities. I’d wake up and play this until dark. I would go back to this point of my life for all eternity if I could. Everything after this period in my life was basically grief and disappointment.
It's 2024 boys, the same year this game is set in!
This game made my childhood
One of my favorite childhood games. My best ring tone: Aisle 10, Sweet Soul Brother, Concept of Love, and so many more. I hope they bring this back. Most of these songs will get your head nodding.
Exactly, soundtrack dope af lol
If you're looking for a game that's just like this, seriously try out BombRush CyberFunk! The vibe is exactly like jetsetradio! And a good soundtrack too!
That decade was everything....this game was everything....this generation ain't the same, yall had to be there...
this was a complete game in my opinion , impressive in every corner , one of the few games that I enjoy playing till now and no nostalgic purposes , pure gameplay joy
Seeing this makes me legit want to drop
a tear because times will never be the same I was only 7 playing this game all day . Never got to beat the final mission
omg the memories 😍 kids these days won’t understand
What you mean? I’ve played this game for countless hours and I’m 14. Most kids are not tasteful but still
Oh my god the memories. I used to play this so much, I really miss it.
I am currently 20 years old but I still remember this being my favorite game. I played this when i was about 6 years old. I remember completing this game multiple times even though I couldnt read and didnt understand the story. I want to play this game again and experience it all again but this time by understanding the story reading the dialogues and unlocking everything 😂
Every now and then I come back to this video just remember child hood the hours and hours after school and still never beat the game good times 🥲
The characters were so diverse. I definitely miss playing this game and hope they would bring another one like it one day.
DJPK: **gets tackled**
Also DJPK: *you got a graffiti soul!*
*Check out that style baby*
I’m crying bittersweet 💖
…. I’m 26 now .
Take me back when I had no
Worries , playing this on my brothers Xbox 🥺🩵🩵🫂🫂
Gouji Rokkaku : “yes! That’s wonderful you all look so terribly evil!”
Shibuya Terminal:
Damn shame this was console exclusive, especially with the various improvements they made in comparison to the first.
What are you talking about..?? I had this for PS3
@@YunikuYosefMomoka that was the first game future was the sequel. Jsrf was wxclusive on the og xbox and was then made backwards compatible with xbox 360. But sega has never rereleased or made the game compatible with newer xboxs either
Im so thankful that my older brother introduced me to video games when I was 7. He taught me how to play this game after I’d sit and watch him play. I loved the music & skating around the map. I’m 24 now and I miss playing this gem of a game. ❤️
Omg wow so many of us in the same situation. I am 32 basically married and have a child. I remember being stuck underground somewhere in this game and not being able to go further much to my frustration and life got in the way and never came back to it. Thanks for sharing. Also the music in this was so good I still listen to it especially during covid lockdowns and while working from home.
This brings back amazing memories at my cousins house who owned the game and the console who is no longer here with us #RIPCHRIS my childhood was just revived and I got to relive it watching this video and I cant thank you enough for that ... still watching in 2020
Roboy - "The streets go easy on nobody." I felt that.
I remember playing hog ball with my brother, the story was so damn good tbh. I remember skipping dinner just because the plot twisted
Watching this high and having nostalgia is such an experience
Just purchased a copy. Now to get a 360 or original xbox to play it. I have the series x but this game is literally the best. I remember playing this Christmas 2002. I never finished it and I plan on. Better than 90 percent of games out today and I'm a big gamer.
