i have always assumed that because of the word 'spawning' they are like frogs or newts. So they do hatch from eggs, then leave the water when they are mature.
I like that four of the lizardmen heroes are just lizards who went "Nah, I'd win" when Chaos tried to kill them, and then there's Mazdamundi who's just a genocidal nepobaby.
@@domfour8109 ^This. Big-E is trapped on the golden throne, barely able to _possibly_ interact with the wider galaxy. For Kroak, if anything, dying just made him _more powerful._ Kroak looks at Big-E and says, "Skill Issue".
@Bluecho4 Actually Kroak and emps aren't that disimilar (though as a character Xen Yang is more similar to the emperor). In Fantasy (and in contrast to AoS) Kroak is just a mummy with his spirit sorta clinging to it. He doesn't really interact, being just wheeled around with armies as sort of a totem. The only thing his spirit does is casting the deliverance of Itza (if it deems it necessary I guess). He really works more like a piece of (insanely powerful) aritllery.
@@Bluecho4If it only made him more powerful with no drawbacks why did he stop being the leader? I think he’s mostly just willing himself not to disappear and trying to hold on, to help only at the most critical moments
I mean Tyranids fill a similar role mechanically, although they lack the relative simplicity of the Lizardmen. I mean a Lizardmen army has like 4 infantry units with some level of customization, whereas the Tyranids have like 12 with just as much customization, plus all of the various vehicle-equivalents they can field that the Lizardmen don't really have outside of the various mounts and beasts of war that don't really translate to tanks and what have you.
Agreed I just want giant dinos and stuff man. I would buy up a 40k lizardmen faction in a heartbeat..... with a close second being the exodites. elves riding dinos also cool.
If you mean army of Dinosaurs with lasers, in lore the Exodites, Eldars that exiled themselves on virgin worlds to flee Slaanesh, ride giant dinosaurs and fight with them. Like, in the Trazyn book, one of the Eldar prophetess is riding a Carnosaur, they didn't even changed the name XD But if you mean an army of lizard-like creatures ins ervice of the Old Ones, yeah they never did that. In a sense, Eldars are that army, they do'nt serve the Old Ones anymore, but they were their favourite servants before the death of the Old Ones ^^
The Skaven are probably tied with the Lizardmen in terms of strongest aesthetic. I absolutely love their mix of mad science and Russian degrees of peasant sacrifice to achieve an objective.
Nakai the wanderer is my favorite Warhammer Fantasy character, I have a little short story about him that I use to explain to people. "A young woman screeches in paniced terror as her infant babe is sacrificed upon an altar to the dark gods. The cultists hold her back, and despite her best attempts, she cannot break through to save her child, she calls out to Sigmar, to Ulric, to any and all dieties of great power who may be able to help save her child...when suddenly a 12 foot tall alligator man comes trundling out of the forest, death-rolls the cultists, tearing them apart limb from limb. He glances at the screaming babe on the altar, curious as to the origin of the screech. He picks up the infant with one hand, seeing the trembling young woman, and makes the connection that 'oh yeah, warmbloods have babies.' and gently returns the child to her. Nakai the Wanderer asks her, which direction does north lie? The woman, trembling before the creature before her shakily points toward the north...Nakai nods gently...and immediately wanders in the opposite direction. Several days later, a massive army of Lizardmen visit the village that the woman hails from, asking where the blessed one has gone, she points, they declare that they follow the sacred wanderer's great plan and follow after. Being a Lustrian settler is weird."
The way Ava wept after hearing Kroak got ripped apart by Daemons killed me, but then her expression when she heard he can "imotep" was funny. I would buy her a Lord Kroak model so she can have her fav Froggy boy lol
The Slaan sleep because part of their energy was derived from the geomantic web, so with that being greatly disrupted and weakend they litterally have trouble staying awake. though recently (in large historical terms) with the birth of their new god Sotek, many slaan now get energy from worship of him and are becoming more active.
How dare you mention Nakai without mentioning the absolute asshwooping he dealt to Chaos during the siege of Itza. He was told to hold a bridge and when the other Lizardmen with him fell, he held the bridge alone against THOUSANDS of demons. He killed so many that demons refused to go near the bridge even during the “modern time” of the setting. Nakai is a MONSTER in lore.❤
I believe the lore was "Now all demons think twice before crossing any bridges within the lizards domain, lest the wanderer punish them" The paraphrase is so much, very few of these words are probably said, however this is definitely the idea of what they said
@@thedragonborn9027 All from one Kroxigor. I didn’t know about it being any bridge but if true than by the Old Ones that is awesome. Oxyotl brought fear to Chaos, but Nakai gave them PTSD.
The Nuclear Gandhi thing comes from the very first Civ game, thanks to a bug/coding glitch. The AI in that game had their aggressiveness set on a scale, say 1 to 100, with Gandhi set to the lowest possible value. However, if an AI chose democracy for their government when they reached that level, it would drop their aggressiveness value by a few points. Gandhi would always choose democracy, and due to a bug in the code, this would cause his aggressiveness value to loop back around to 999 out of 100, causing him to basically declare war on everybody immediately and start building nukes. The community thought this was so hilarious that the devs turned it into a meme and have kept Nuclear Gandhi in the sequels.
I love this story, the sad thing is that it never happened. It could not have happened from a game logic point of view and a coding point of view sadly :(
@@leovaeg Sorry but no it did not. Here is the general overview on Wikipiedia why it could not: "In reality, according to the Civilization II lead game designer Brian Reynolds, there were only three possible aggression levels in Civilization, and even though Gandhi's AI had the lowest possible aggression level, he shared it with one third of all leaders. Additionally, based on his memories of Civilization's source code, Reynolds stated that there was no unsigned variable in this section of code and that leaders could not act more aggressively than the most aggressive leaders of the game. A leader with an aggression level of 255 would act the same way as a leader with an aggression level of 3.[10] According to Sid Meier, since all integer variables are signed by default in both C and C++ (the programming languages of Civilization and Civilization II respectively), overflow would not have occurred if Gandhi's aggression were set to -1; " en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_Gandhi Sie Meier even wrote about it in his Memoirs (www.kotaku.com.au/2020/09/civilisation-creator-shoots-down-our-memories-of-a-nuke-happy-gandhi/) Here is a quick video giving further details and some letters from developers on why it could not have happened as told: ruclips.net/video/Ur3SdgkW8W4/видео.html It is still a cool story to tell, but not much more.

I must disagree the true reason is that all must know of the king of kings, Settra the Imperishable ( spends the next 3 full minutes reading his titles) 😂
1:04:30 when kroak was getting torn apart nakia was defending a bridge. He did this so well that it is said that daemons in general fear that specific bridge more than any other place in the world. Additionally people are saying the daemons fear bridges in general in fantasy. I can’t source that claim but it’s funny enough that there’s a specific bridge that scares them let alone it being all bridges.
I think it's because like 2,000 years after the great catastrophe, Nakai showed up at a different bridge and curb stomped a daemon army, so now Daemons fear crossing any bridge because they're scared Nakai will show up
I personally prefer Warhammer Fantasy over Age of Sigmar, I find a lot of the art styles in age of Sigmar are a bit too Warcrafty and don’t feel grimdark enough. I also don’t like the lore direction it takes but that doesn’t mean AOS doesn’t have good quality’s, it’s just not my personal preference for Warhammer compared to 40K and Fantasy. Anyways DINOSAURS!!!!!!!
I agree, the old fantasy before is better. Just looks and feels better. End times added a bunch of cool stuff, but the world just ending and the 'restart' is just...it feels like a disservice to the old characters sometimes. Also pseudo space marines are in AOS, I do not care for them at all.

Where was Nekai where Kroak was torn apart? To my knowledge, and I could be mixing up, he was defending one of the bridges leading into the temple city he was a part of. Literally one crocodile against an army of demons, and Nekai was too angry to die.
i know this is supposed to be a summery for newbies, but i feel it should be mentioned that when the old ones first came to the world and started doing stuff to it, some of the powerful races that already existed tried to stop them and there was great wars. the old ones killed large numbers of dragons and dragon ogres as they did their stuff to the planet. the dragons live in mountains cuz they prefer the cooler climate as they were used to the older colder world. pretty much only chaos aligned dragons live in the warmer places of the world and due the great vortex sucking magic out of the world large amounts of the remaining dragons sleep due to a lack of magic

6:34 Fun fact: the Big Bang Theory was first postulated by a Catholic priest in Belgium, and it disturbed scientists of the time because it pointed to the universe having a beginning- suggesting the idea that something (AKA a divine being) began it
@@Tigrie5934 Georges Lemaître in 1931. Interestingly, he actually came up with it independently of Alexander Friedmann’s work on the idea of an expanding universe, yet both came to a similar conclusion- the the universe is in motion, spreading from the center. Fr. Lemaître was the one who first proposed the Big Bang in and of itself, while Friedmann was the one who first proposed the expanding universe idea.
There're books in warhammer fantasy, in the lore that characters read, that talk about an universe with 8ft tall armored dudes with rapid fire cannons, vehicles with threads instead of wheels, a human empire lead by a corpse wizard that spans countless planets, etc. And in old rules you could summon chaos marines through the warp if you rolled pretty badly while casting spells. The idea that I got from it is that Fantasy and 40k were two universes linked by the warp
“You think they (the Slann) actually plan it all out, or just make it up as they go along?” -Nakai the Wanderer to Qrok Kar on whenever (a part of) the “Great Plan” fails (successfully). The reason the Lizardmen fight with other good guys is because they literally can’t talk and any language that isn’t their own “language”. Also Lizardmen tend to attack first, second, third, eighth, and last before the thought of asking if you serve chaos or come in peace even crosses their mind. And that’s if the thought even crosses their mind at all. Naturally, no one is going to be friendly to the Lizardmen and kill them on sight. Dragons, and can’t stress this enough, *HATE* the Slann. Because one of the reasons they nearly died out was because the Slann destroyed the planetary ecosystem when they “made” the world so those that thrived died. Like when Air was created in our world and caused the first mass extinction.
One of my most hated scenes in the End Times: Thorgrim Grudgebearer, one of the greatest High King of the Dwarves and the major character for the faction, who literally has an unbreakable armour, and is sitting on a throne that makes him quasi invulnerable, got killed because while on campaign, he stopped in a place, forgot to close the door behind him and got assassinated by a Skaven.... The only way it could have been more shameful and undignify was if he wason the toilet, like what? He could've died in a big battle, there were dozens of them happening! XD The worst part is, the dwarf part started great, the Dwarves got out of their fortresses in strength and got back some of their old fortresses that were lost, but nope, could not have anything good. But that's pretty much all dwarf history, they always get the short side of the stick ^^'

A lot of bad stuff did end up happening to the sky titans after the Old Ones and the Lizardmen came to the planet. They had a complex culture and society and everything, but they end up devolving into the giants, who by the time of the "modern" setting for the Old World are basically just the last remnants of an inbred, mentally stunted breed of monsters. Dragons were also kinda enemies of the Old Ones/Lizardmen too - IIRC, the Lizardmen basically wiped out the dragons in Lustria. However, there were a couple of dragons in Cathay who observed what the Old Ones were doing and made their own plans... Ogres and Cathay appear relatively early in the timeline of Warhammer Fantasy.
Dragonogres were also one of the original native species of the planet before the old ones, though they ended up screwing themselves over by making a deal with Tzeetch who stop them from aging anymore, but also sterilized them all making it impossible for them to be pregnant and have babies again, so there entire race is now forever doomed to very slowly but eventually die off.
Lizards are so much fun in total war. Each of their lords are cool and there’s a nice variance with some of them. Like oxyotl and nakai. They’re my go to for a default. Also those kroxigor death rolls are always fun to watch. Edit: what about Tiktak’to and his flying armies?
For Lizardmen characters you didn't mention Tehenhauin, the Prophet of Sotek. Also Tiktaq'to, Master of Skies of Hexoatl who rides the terradon, Zwup. Speaking of Fantasy and 40k being connected I love the idea of Sigmar being one of the lost Primarchs.
I heard two very interesting/funny theories about 40k and Fantasy being connected that I really like. One is that the 40k and fantasy orks are able to communicate with each other but none of them know what each other is talking about And that 40k is a pocket dimension created by a wizard from the Fantasy universe and he watches and studies it
@@senor-achopijo3841 Why yes. Tiktaq'to is the Master of the Skies for the Temple-City of Hexoatl. He is the greatest of all the Terradon Riders. His Terradon is named Zwup. He wields the Blade of Ancient Skies which is made from the jawbone of a long extinct giant predator. He wears the Mask of Heavens allowing him to meld his consciousness with Zwup, basically making them one. He was a FLC legendary lord for Total War Warhammer. Unlike other lords he starts mounted and can't be dismounted.
Totally forgot how much the creation myth sounds like a meeting between Harry DuBois' inner voices. Lizardmen are not a faction I played much, but the walking Krokodiles are fun.
According to new lore coming from Total War Warhammer 3, Dragons (at least the Cathayan ones) actually don't fuck with the Lizardman since the Old Ones basically came into their home, terraformed it to be a less pleasant climate and used it as a stage for their war on Chaos
I wanna meet these lizard people. They would be so cool to have as buddies, especially the Skinks and Croxigors. I would hang out on the shoulder of a Crox and have a Skink riding on my shoulder at the same time: TOWER OF BADASS.

When i first found Warhammer Total war the first lord I played was Nakai the wanderer and I didn't know until I started the next Lizardmen playthrough that they weren't a hord faction and i just freaken love the Lizardmen
The Lizardmen got me interested in the franchise also, they just resonate with me on a different level than other races, hell Nakai alone is one of the biggest inspirations to my Barbarian in 5e - I would love to get a large scale figurine / model of Nakai - Nevertheless great video as always!
Amazing podcast, pretty funny-intersting to listen to. I'd add a note regarding the look of the old ones : We do know one elements of them, they had 5 digits. It can be seen in the sculpt of the solar engine where the skink put their hand to ignite the machine, it shows an emplacement for 5 digits instead of 4 like the rest of the lizardmen.
not gonna talk about how Nakai defended a bridge single-handedly for weeks during the defense of Itza to the point that daemons shudder when crossing bridges, remembering the horrors Nakai inflicted?
The Aligans did not summon bahamut. the dragons of mericidia did, the aligans probably wanted them to do that? but either way aligans captured bahamut and put him in dalamud to harvest his power

1:12:36 This is facts. You were the first people to explain that Erda existed in 40k, that the Emperor made a deal with Chaos, and all the stuff about that mad scientist who feared the Space Marines. Suddenly I gave a damn about Emps and Horus.
Lizzibois are best bois. The sword-clubs are based on the Macuahuitl, which are kinda both. They are made from several prismatic blades made out of obsidian, held together by wood and aligned and sharpened into "sword"-edges along each side of the wood. The Europeans were scared to death of these things. There are stories from the Spanish about them attacking on horseback, and one warrior just decapitating an oncoming horse with a single swing of one of these (unsure if possible). If word pronunciation is the same as in Classical Nahuatl the X is pronounced like "sh", the TL makes a kind of "t"-like sound called a Voiceless alveolar lateral affricate. You kinda have to look it up to hear what it sounds like, I can't really explain it in English. If the orthography makes no sense to you blame the Spanish.
Ive always liked how Fantasy approached there "Beginning Lore" 40ks is very much a parody of Christ. But fantasy. It has roots. It has that passion that story that flows well even with GW trying to monky with results and endings.
Lord Kroak is one of my favourite fictional characters, I really like how every time they need him, he just wills himself back to life, like he isn't using some kind of necromancy or anything, he is just deciding to be alive again. And with that whole invasion of chaos when the gates fell, I think his personal kill count for that war is something like half of all kills
It's too bad they only saw the sexy kroxigor poster from Adric last night, so the odds of seeing strangely arousing Lizardmen in this video is minimal but not impossible....I will be happy to see funny little guys though, and derp, lots of derp.
I personally think the death of fantasy is due to favoritism on the part of GW, they try to push space marines so much that it inadvertently draws people completely away from Fantasy in the first place
Fantasy was just NOT as popular, Fantasy was pushed heavily too Games workshops logo comes from fantasy Some of its most popular mascots are from fantasy White Dwarf Bugman Harry the hammer Characters that are pushed even on 4OK fans thanks to these characters being pushed outside of the game , There is a entire pub at Warhammer world entirely themed around Fantasy The simple truth is that people liked 40k more,
@@mk_gamíng0609 The first thing they added to AOS was Space Marines, the only thing GW every pushes is Space Marines. Not to mention that white Dwarf was around before Warhammer, and fuck all people know about Harry or Bugman. the examples you give aren't even good, people recognize space marines because that's the only thing GW ever pushes, Fantasy didn't have Space Marines. The only reason they push for Fantasy now is because they finally have Ground Marines to 40K's Space Marines. Creative Assembly and Fatshark have done more for Warhammer Fantasy's popularity then anything GW ever did
@@LordFinai It's a viscious cycle, Space Marines sold better, so they pushed them. @@krankarvolund7771 AOS will never sell better than 40K, the fact that AOS has been successful proves that a fantasy Warhammer works, but apparently decided that what the game needed, rather than a revamp on the gaming side, was to have all it's factions name changed into stuff they can copyright while also cutting lose close to all the lore they already had for the series. and ground marines, I swear they'll find a way to get marines into their middle earth war game at some point.
@@LordFinai Yeah, nothin will ever beat 40K ^^ But I'm pretty sure the Stormcast are a big reason why AoS sells so good right now ;) I don't like the decision to kill Warhammer Fantasy, but I can't deny it was effective, and I like AoS too ^^

i have always assumed that because of the word 'spawning' they are like frogs or newts. So they do hatch from eggs, then leave the water when they are mature.
I like that four of the lizardmen heroes are just lizards who went "Nah, I'd win" when Chaos tried to kill them, and then there's Mazdamundi who's just a genocidal nepobaby.
I read his name as Master Mundi, latin for
Lord of the World.
So Lord Croak is basically God Emperor of Scalekind, Corpse Emperor, complete with special bigboy chair?
Croak is better than the Emperor because he can simply will himself back to life when he feels like it.
@@domfour8109 ^This. Big-E is trapped on the golden throne, barely able to _possibly_ interact with the wider galaxy. For Kroak, if anything, dying just made him _more powerful._
Kroak looks at Big-E and says, "Skill Issue".

Absolute tragedy that GW never made a Lizardmen equivalent faction in 40k. Nothing is more rad than a Lizardman riding a T-rexaraptor
I was going to say that it is also tragic that there is no Skaven in 40k. But then I remembered that Skaven EXIST in 40k: it's called the Imperium. 😂
To this- I feel like they could, with some undiscovered eldaeri nature world... but likely not.
Like, in the Trazyn book, one of the Eldar prophetess is riding a Carnosaur, they didn't even changed the name XD
But if you mean an army of lizard-like creatures ins ervice of the Old Ones, yeah they never did that. In a sense, Eldars are that army, they do'nt serve the Old Ones anymore, but they were their favourite servants before the death of the Old Ones ^^
Seeing the skaven old world video is gonna be fucking WILD she is NOT ready for rat maxxing
She said she doesn't understand friendly fire. Oh, boy, is she in for a ride, yes-yes.
The Skaven are probably tied with the Lizardmen in terms of strongest aesthetic. I absolutely love their mix of mad science and Russian degrees of peasant sacrifice to achieve an objective.
adding 'RatMaxxing' to my dictionary
It might not be canon, but I love it.
Wholesome gator moment.
A so a typical Nakai Tuesday.
Typical Nakai W.
That is the best story of the wanderer
"hippity hoppoty, get off of my property" - Kroak
Proceeds to delete hoards of skaven with mind
I believe the lore was "Now all demons think twice before crossing any bridges within the lizards domain, lest the wanderer punish them"
The paraphrase is so much, very few of these words are probably said, however this is definitely the idea of what they said
@@thedragonborn9027 All from one Kroxigor.

That's so funny to me.
I love this story, the sad thing is that it never happened. It could not have happened from a game logic point of view and a coding point of view sadly :(
@@S3rial85 it could have, and it did - its a real thing that actually happened
@@leovaeg Sorry but no it did not.
Here is the general overview on Wikipiedia why it could not:
"In reality, according to the Civilization II lead game designer Brian Reynolds, there were only three possible aggression levels in Civilization, and even though Gandhi's AI had the lowest possible aggression level, he shared it with one third of all leaders. Additionally, based on his memories of Civilization's source code, Reynolds stated that there was no unsigned variable in this section of code and that leaders could not act more aggressively than the most aggressive leaders of the game. A leader with an aggression level of 255 would act the same way as a leader with an aggression level of 3.[10] According to Sid Meier, since all integer variables are signed by default in both C and C++ (the programming languages of Civilization and Civilization II respectively), overflow would not have occurred if Gandhi's aggression were set to -1; "
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_Gandhi
Sie Meier even wrote about it in his Memoirs (www.kotaku.com.au/2020/09/civilisation-creator-shoots-down-our-memories-of-a-nuke-happy-gandhi/)
Here is a quick video giving further details and some letters from developers on why it could not have happened as told: ruclips.net/video/Ur3SdgkW8W4/видео.html

-Nakai the Wanderer to Qrok Kar on whenever (a part of) the “Great Plan” fails (successfully).
In the original fantasy , chaos attributes that could be earned included various weapons like chainswords or other weapons like bolters and such

The only way it could have been more shameful and undignify was if he wason the toilet, like what? He could've died in a big battle, there were dozens of them happening! XD
The worst part is, the dwarf part started great, the Dwarves got out of their fortresses in strength and got back some of their old fortresses that were lost, but nope, could not have anything good. But that's pretty much all dwarf history, they always get the short side of the stick ^^'

My favorite Old World factions have always been Lizardfolk and Skaven, and I kind of like that canonically the Skaven "won" in the old world setting.
Yeah, but it's not because of the Old Ones, it's the Ogres that hunted and ate almost all of the Sky Titans ^^
So in AoS, the Titans lived the same fate as the Crorcs in 40K, devolving into Orcs, become smaller and more and more idiots
I recently started writing notes and it's becoming a book. A main point was is limitations and try that your characters can write themselves.

I heard two very interesting/funny theories about 40k and Fantasy being connected that I really like.
One is that the 40k and fantasy orks are able to communicate with each other but none of them know what each other is talking about
And that 40k is a pocket dimension created by a wizard from the Fantasy universe and he watches and studies it
Excuse me, did I just read that there is a Lizardmen character named Tiktaq'to and would you please be so kind as to elaborate?
@@senor-achopijo3841 Why yes. Tiktaq'to is the Master of the Skies for the Temple-City of Hexoatl. He is the greatest of all the Terradon Riders. His Terradon is named Zwup. i think it was more apealing mainly due to the fact that was when gw was less corporate and more nerdy, imho we need more old fantasy writing in 40k and aos due to some of the stuff i heard about old fantasy being comedic to hell and back.
@@thundergaming155 Id the AOS crew are just as nerdy
AOS models are just BETTER, because people already hate AOS so they are not afraid to take risks , so we get some of the best models ever
also I find most people who say they dislike AOS , have never really looked into tis lore
Its got some very dope things
and lets be honest to many people praise oldhammer lore, but a lot of it was quite bad , stuff kept getting retconned constantly
@@mk_gamíng0609 some pieces have been retconned a bit but most have remained intact for a long time. The problem I see with people getting into AoS is its high fantasy concept with names that barely describe what the model actually is. And sorry but the story behind AoS is....meh. fantasy benefits from its dark yet grounded background. You don't need crazy names for basic things like knights or swords or elves. And the stories and novels around the Old World are amazing.
So while AoS has impressive models...I'm not interested in playing the game. And seeing how quickly local AoS players went back to Old World, I'm not the only one.
@@mk_gamíng0609 AoS models arent just better, I have seen some amazing ones and some horrible ones. And as far as I know stuff in AoS gets retcons too, and if not then give it some time, it is still right out of the oven.
1:12:36 This is facts. You were the first people to explain that Erda existed in 40k, that the Emperor made a deal with Chaos, and all the stuff about that mad scientist who feared the Space Marines. Suddenly I gave a damn about Emps and Horus.
56:52 this guy is the fantasy lizard version of Master Chief
Nakai has just the "Vode An" theme blaring at full volume wherever he goes.
Awww, talking about Lizardman naming conventions and didn't mention Tik Tac Toe.
Can’t wait for you guys to get to the Skaven and The Great Horned Rat
It will never cease to amuse me that one of their greatest champions is a ghost frog named Lord Kroak
Gor-Rok and Lord Kroak: United in their casual refusal of death's inconvenience.

When you realize Warhammer Fantasy's Doom Slayer equivalent kills greater demons by spitting at them:
Ive always liked how Fantasy approached there "Beginning Lore" 40ks is very much a parody of Christ. But fantasy. It has roots. It has that passion that story that flows well even with GW trying to monky with results and endings.
Lord Kroak is one of my favourite fictional characters, I really like how every time they need him, he just wills himself back to life, like he isn't using some kind of necromancy or anything, he is just deciding to be alive again. And with that whole invasion of chaos when the gates fell, I think his personal kill count for that war is something like half of all kills
It's too bad they only saw the sexy kroxigor poster from Adric last night, so the odds of seeing strangely arousing Lizardmen in this video is minimal but not impossible....I will be happy to see funny little guys though, and derp, lots of derp.
i cant wait for yall to talk about vampire counts and specific Vlad and Isabella. best relationship
monster hunter mentioned, almonds activated, phials loaded
I personally think the death of fantasy is due to favoritism on the part of GW, they try to push space marines so much that it inadvertently draws people completely away from Fantasy in the first place
Fantasy was just NOT as popular, Fantasy was pushed heavily too
Games workshops logo comes from fantasy
Some of its most popular mascots are from fantasy
White Dwarf
Bugman
Harry the hammer
Characters that are pushed even on 4OK fans thanks to these characters being pushed outside of the game , There is a entire pub at Warhammer world entirely themed around Fantasy
The simple truth is that people liked 40k more,
@@mk_gamíng0609 The first thing they added to AOS was Space Marines, the only thing GW every pushes is Space Marines.
As they kept selling better, they kept pushing it ^^
But Fantasy would never have been as popular as 40K, even without the SPace Marines, the rule system was just too complicated and clunky, and needed a lot more miniatures than 40K ^^'
@@LordFinai Yeah, nothin will ever beat 40K ^^
But I'm pretty sure the Stormcast are a big reason why AoS sells so good right now ;)
I don't like the decision to kill Warhammer Fantasy, but I can't deny it was effective, and I like AoS too ^^
I was waiting and getting hyped the whole video for Nakai the chad croc
Big lizards on even bigger lizards fighting demons
How could I not love them
