These truly are the best enchiladas!! I made these tonight and they were sooo good and easy to make! The only thing I added was a little chipotle powder to the meat sauce for a kick and it was *chef's kiss*!! Thanks for this recipe AB!! 💕
So good. Make it New Mexico style. Layer them up like a lasagna, Tortilla, sauce and then the cheese, and go up three layers. Top off with the cheese and onions on top and put it in the oven to heat them up for like 10 mins covered with foil, take the foil off and back for just a few minutes. After, fry an egg, or 2 and we thrown them on and puncture the eggs to let the yolk drip all over the enchilada’s and oh man, it’s heaven in your mouth😋
