    oh, I overstretched my Biceps Brachii on the first bend to the wall - you need to be really warm for this one. I think not a beginner pose. Anyhow: great job Tim and Caroline

    ”...plow pose is a great pose for your spine or it’s a great way to injure your neck!” 😂 love your videos Tim! Never had a session that was preparing for and moving into plow with this much awareness. Thank you! 🌻

    Hey tim. I’m a dancer and from dancing everyday my lower back gets extremely tight and my hip flexors so that stretch against the wall was more of a sustainable stretch then right over my head. I feel more released. Thank you

    I really enjoyed this video working on a specific pose and the postures that prepare the body to do it.
    In your previous channel I mentioned learning how to float up to the top of the mat rather than the clumsy hop that I currently do.
    I video working on that would really be appreciated.

    Tim, I usually practice yoga in the morning after walking with my dogs. However, I have noticed that when I practice in the afternoon I am actually more flexible and can go deeper into the poses. This is a great quick flow and Caroline does such a great job at demonstrating what you are trying to articulate. Please have your friends guide you at some point; it would be nice to see Tim the student, not just Tim the instructor.

    • @yogawithtim

      I find that my body is more open in the evening as well. It's because you had the full day to move so we tend me to more open toward later in the day :)
      Haha, I will ask them! That would be fun!

    I wonder about the distance the head must have from the wall. How not to injure the neck?

    • @yogawithtim
      @yogawithtim  6 лет назад

      Evelyne Pelly yah it just depends on how flexible and healthy your spine neck and back muscles are

  • @greginniss1274

    Thanks Tim, end of summer challenge is welcomed. I don't think I did this wall pose correct, are the arms holding most of the weight when put your legs on the wall or abs?

    • @yogawithtim
      @yogawithtim  6 лет назад +2

      greg inniss the arms should be holding very little weight. It’s just a sign that your body isn’t quite flexible enough to do it yet. Your on parsvotanasan uttanasana and prasarita padotanasana
