Seal the head properly, remove the decompression lever (its not water tight) water is getting into the valves and into the engine. Get a flywheel with the cooling fins ground off ( the water resistance is too much with the cooling fins.) Make sure no water is getting into the valves and it should run fine. also make sure to use gasket sealant on the exhaust and intake.
I definitely think that was a success. I think it was a fuel issue not water. I give you a A++ thank you for your hard work it was awesome to see! I'd love to see more on this little engine. I just got 2 of them!
The problem ight have been the fan and the load to spin the water you can see how the water splashes once the level it's too high ,the load becomes greater than the hp it can handle leading it to stall
@@alexboucher4938 it was a bust I'm new to mud motor and wanted a larger boat that could carry some weight so I'm saving for a larger set up with a 670 predator this little motor is nice I put it on a tiller
excessive cooling probably killed the ignition point to where it would not fire. Oh yes if it has a crankcase vent you missed putting a snorkel on that opening and sucked water into the oil.
So this is how you run an aftermarket watercooling kit on em.

What I like to see. Should be fine, no carb to waterclog. I'd pressurize crank case to be sure oil keeps working.
home made hot water heater .....gone wrong lmao
seriously wrong

3Hp Diesel (motor). Why plugin your car to charge the battery.. good idea and a Turbo ? and take fan off
Ingested water through the crankcase breather, internal combustion engines must have a crankcase breather.
It may work better if the cooling fan was not on the engine
I believe the fan was removed - just the flywheel causing all the splashing
Yanno, you sound a lot like James Woods haha. Great video!
TONS of vibration. Maybe air pockets in fuel line due to vibration.
i think the exhaust should have had an expansion chamber instead of just straight piping
U have to take the cooling fan off or else that will heat 70% of your power trying to circulate all that water 😂
If you fix the valve cover with a water hose seal you might have it! Keep trying it's awesome to see!
This is awesome love vidoes like this
That's Amazing, something I would of never thought of. We have to hang out sometime, Neet, thanks!!!
Put forced air on the intake to keep it from having that issue.
I’d love to see a water jacket around the head and cylinder to make it water cooled!
Wow looks harder than I thought! How much power are those motors?
Around 4 hp
Cooling fan take mad power away and forces water injested.
the fan was removed
I bought one of these a few months ago I'm looking at mounting for a mud motor
I just bought one with the same idea. Let me know how the little diesel performs on the water.

What made it a busy I was thinking about trying to run one on a surface drive
The question is:why?"
Didnt work because the engine overheated 🤣🤣🤣

Deer China, my package arrived with flood damage…
Submarine motor
put a turbo on it
Over heated then cracked with cold water , real intelligence , wasted motor
Neither of those happens...still runs like it just left chyna
lol run a belt to a generator head and it can be a water heater and a generator
what the hell is the purpose of doing that
Since diesel engine are not reliant on ignition systems they are way more “waterproof” - I wanted to see how much it could take. Done just for fun
what is the engine brand?

Sir engine flywheel blower fan xta lod engine Stop
Yea he’s right. Sir engine flywheel blower fan xta lod engine stop.
@@moofusenterprises7503 I removed the blower fan
