I was around during the *album burning* So I had to hide my Ozzy and motley crue in neil diamond and K-tel records.
Their song make me famous has legit Mongolian throat singing, absolutely insane talent.
Dude I seriously love watching people react to Kim Dracula because of the amount of genres that get added into the mix. So great lol.
Insane talent yes but If you can False Chord scream you can Mongolian Throat sing . Personally I learnt the other way round because I learnt Mongolian Throat singing for beatboxing. 2 years later I used it to learn to false chord scream .

@@qtshazehouse5345 then you would be wrong. you can't go by the video, especially since Kim wasn't once playing the trumpet. I read that they do play drums, but as far as instruments go, I think that's it. I haven't heard about bass or any kind of guitar.

I’m not a heavy metal fan at all but love Kim Dracula’s ability to fuse Trap/Metal/EDM/Jazz/Thrash/Rock and many more genres so flawlessly as well as his vocal range and general talent and diversity has made me an instant fan.
And your reaction of his music is by far the best I’ve seen, the way you break down the vocals is awesome and I think it would be great if you could get Kim Dracula on the channel for an interview as I haven’t found any on RUclips yet if him.

I literally looked to see if kardavox had a video on Dracula yesterday. That whistle tone is the cleanest I have ever heard.
I agree with you, there’s a ton of music/bands that try and emulate and replicate what we’ve loved for many years and end up sounding generic and unoriginal,whereas Kim takes everything we’ve loved over the years and blends that together with a more newer sound which makes him so much more creative and unique. Kim is insanely talented and the music video for this, Drown and Make me famous are like watching a movie! Kim is my hero. They really got me into practicing new vocal techniques. Their music is just so unique and different. I could binge listen to it all day to be honest. And the amount of talent this person has is fucking insane. I’d like to see Simon Cowell’s take on it lol.

As far as I've heard, Kim's Mother is a Vocal Coach, so they definitely have had "training" of sorts via their mum's work. Which is largely why you are hearing a shit ton of talent coming out of a 25 year old. Kim also started off as a Drummer before they started off singing/rapping, I think the drums are midi in this song, but based on the Instagram and Tiktok posts from around the time that this would have been in production I think that was down to recording live drums, them not sounding right and falling back on the Midi stuff.
Kim said in his recent AMA on their dc server that they’re self taught and the rumors about their mother aren’t true

Kim Dracula is their stage name from a deftones song. They are hella talented. Plays the drums, guitar etc. You really should check out their other songs. They only have two with videos. Make Me Famous and Drown. But I love every single song they have out. From KillDozen to The Bard’s Last Note. They are absolutely amazing and hella talented. Check out the other videos. We saw him open for 3 Days Grace and Avenged and just 30 minutes blew my mind. We had to see him again March 16 in Mpls. We got a little over an hour but it was still not enough! He held up a whip and then busted out with the song " Whip It"!! So much fun! 😊

I read that Kim Dracula started as a drummer and even saw a screenshot of Kim talking about how Joey is influential. From the scene at 12:37, looks like some real chops, not just mimicking. I wouldn't be surprised if it meant to be a homage.
