Considering that IL-2 doesn't have heavy bombers let alone the existing high altitude airframes to necessitate it, the addon is entirely moot. It's likely they chose the Ta 152 as a Collectors bird because it required minimal work on their part as all they had to do was modify the D9's existing model geometry via Max/Blender. They didn't have to create an entirely new aircraft from scratch with entirely new systems, components, animations, etc. And they knew it would sell... It serves no purpose in the game as it can't operate as was intended. I can't believe people shelled out money for this.
