Great video...my wife and I walked around that same pier on this sunday...we bought a vacation home in Port charlotte and can't wait to spend more time there fishing...keep up the great content
@@bobsmoot2392 I agree but I pretty much throw one rod and reel. thats also why I got smoked by a 100 plus pound tarpon the other day lol. I do have a super light tackle set up for freshwater though. thanks for watching.
Great video, perfect time of year for nice weather 🇺🇸👍🏻✌️😎

great stuff Brian i was on the pier with you
What's up Ralph thanks for the tips
Nice what the name of those built in weight hooks?
It’s a weighted weedless twist lock 3/0 size.
Which pier is it?
Port Charlotte beach pier
Can you eat the trout?
Absolutely
Disculpa cual es la direccion del lugar esta hermoso
Port Charlotte beach complex
Caught a few myself near there Friday near that creek mouth that’s close near the pier
It’s a nice spot this time of year
Going down in a week where is this?
Why horse them in so fast? Where's the sport in that? Give them a chance to fight. It's fun. You should try it. Lite tackle and drag is best.
Trout are called weakfish up north for a reason
@@CharlotteHarborFisherman All the more reason to use lite tackle/ line/drag and let them play it out a little. It's more sporting.
