The Stagecoach has excellent coffee and pastries, Schneider’s Bakery has amazing Boston cream donuts, chocolate chip cookies and good rolls. Was never too impressed with Sal’s Pizza, but NY Pizza just a short walk from Sal’s is thee best pizza in Cooperstown. But the best in the area is in Cherry Valley, a small bar there whose name escapes me has great bar pies, the sauce is top notch, so is the crust and mozzarella, cooked to perfection! And for a retro diner, Jerry’s has great burgers, fries, cheese steaks and ice cream!
