It’s El Jefe Sobe here!! Great job! If you want any tips cook at 550 and make sure the pan is at the top of the oven! And make sure again you heat it up for one hour like you did this time! Also if you use low moisture mozzarella it keeps the crust crispy!
Shouldn't have watched this while fasting. All the butter chicken pizzas I have tried usually just put the chicken alone but I've always thought it would've been delicious to use the butter chicken sauce as the pizza sauce.

The pizza stone pizza looks alot better then the wrack. It just browns it alot better and gives a nice crunchy crust. Both looks good but pizza stone is always a win for me
Now I have to say, that’s the way pizza crust should be........well done! I have a Lodge cast iron pizza pan that bakes the same way as a stone, without it cracking....lol.

He always says “half teaspoon/full teaspoon half tablespoon/full tablespoon” while eyeballing
Some of Quang's recipes that I tried myself, I usually use half the amount (especially salt/spice) that he suggested and it's been working for me
Quang always measure the yeast and sugar with spoons but spices and stuff is pretty accurate eyeballing. Sometimes.
