After trying this exercise not only I felt relaxed physically but mentally as well. It was almost like I was disconnected with the world for a little bit.
process: 1. Take any object which you use/consume daily, Hot chocolate for that matter 2. Before observing it, meditate and relax yourself for 5 minutes to reset and let go 3. With the help of each sense observe the object. 4. Observe carefully, for eg: when you hold the cup what it feels like, what are the muscles involved, try to memorize the structure of cup and remember it. 5. Practise with different objects, half an hour or an hour daily.
