Hi Vishwaroop. Thank you for your comment. All the best for your exam. Focus on ITTO and situational questions a lot. Manage your time well during the exam.
Hi Ray! Does Budget at Completion (BAC) include management reserves, and why is CPI a quality metric per the PMBOK when it is part of earned value analysis? Variance analysis is part of Earned value analysis? Thank you!
Hi Angel, 1. BAC does NOT include management reserves 2. CPI is also a quality metric because of it's direct link to COQ (COst-of-Quality)...if quality goes wrong in your project, you will end up spending more... 3. Variance analysis is a part of EVM
Ray please help with a better technique like the one you did for 49 knowledge areas, similarly please help to ace this ITTO's which is a pain for many PMP aspirants.. looking forward to your response..
Hi Asif, unfortunately, the flashcard method is the only method I know of to ace your ITTO prep for PMP exam. I used this method myself and hence would only advocate that. You are welcome to seek other methods....but I doubt that those will be of any help!
Hello Jessica, situational Q's I have uploaded for Integration, Scope and Schedule till date....rest of the KAs I will upload soon as well...stay tuned!
Hi Ray, I have completed Mastering ITTO for 1st four Knowledge areas, do you have for other Knowledge areas for Quality, Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement & Stakeholders. Kindly share the links.
Scope management plan may include how to prepare WBS, but not the actual WBS-es. Hence, it cannot ideally be an input to cost management. Always go by what PMBOK has mandated
Hi Jason, thanks for watching & commenting. Even if you are not allowed any paper in the proctored version, practicing the brain dump again & again will give all the formulas at your fingertips...and you would not waste time getting confused while recalling them in the exam high pressure situation.

Why scope management plan is not an input to cost management as it includes wbs and all. Could you clarify that for me pls
Scope management plan may include how to prepare WBS, but not the actual WBS-es. Hence, it cannot ideally be an input to cost management. Always go by what PMBOK has mandated
If we are taking the online version of the PMP, that are your thoughts about brain dump since no papers are allowed on the online version.
Hi Jason, thanks for watching & commenting. Even if you are not allowed any paper in the proctored version, practicing the brain dump again & again will give all the formulas at your fingertips...and you would not waste time getting confused while recalling them in the exam high pressure situation.
Has anyone here taken proctored exam? Are we allowed paper and calculator?
No. You are not allowed paper of calculator. There is a digital scratch paper available...and there is a online calculator available...
