    Answer... Before or after workout it does not matter. As long as it is in your system. You're good.

    Solid advice, but i prefer to take it post workout (as i workout fasted). Also take it with some carbohydrates (insulin spike) which will drive it into the cells. And finally, give it time, 2-3 weeks and don't eat garbage. Personal reason for me hopping on it is to finally bench 315. Been chasing it for 2+ years as a natty. I'm 5ft 8' 170 lbs..current max 285, hopefully this pushes me to at least 300. Ty.

    I tried creatine the first time today before the gym and I sure did notice the energy boost and being able to do more reps at the weight I was using the past couple weeks. Let's see how this goes in the long run , looking forward to seeing some gains :)

    Creatinine along with mass gainer was a life saver for me ! I take creative after workouts and on off days with my meal ! I’m definitely getting swole

    Good video, but the one thing that wasn't covered is cycling your creatine. Typically, eight weeks on, four weeks off. This allows your receptors to reset. It takes the body about 30 days to purge creatine. During this time a BCAA supplement will get through just fine.

    Since creatine gradually accumulates in the muscle then it shouldn’t make a difference pre-or post workout. I take mine during the work out in my electrolyte water.
