  • When an NHL player does something they're not supposed to, they are typically punished for their actions. That said, there have been numerous players who have been detained by police for their actions away from the rink, some of whom are still active in the league today!
    So in today's video, join me as we explore 10 NHL players who were arrested by police!

    I tried to focus on the most recent incidents/active NHL players in this video, hence why many of the most famous cases weren't mentioned

      None of them were even that serious until you got to varlomov. And he was proven not guilty, ask some of the rappers who are in for murder if they’re above the law. Don’t say stupid shit

      that's a trope that's simply not true. Even here in this video the athletes weren't above the law, so you're arguing against your own point. Now if you would have said "politicians" are above the law, then that would be more true. FFS, look at Donald Trump. Many/multiple crimes, and he's still not in jail

    Casey Cizikas of the Islanders was found guilty of manslaughter in 2009. It would be interesting to include if there’s a part 2.

      @@dwaynethewokjohnson7773 He tackled someone in a rugby match, and it ended up killing the other person due to a head injury. The family forgave Cizikas and even asked to spare him because it was accidental, but the court still found him guilty.

      This was a tragic freak accident and charges should never have been laid. The peel regional police are corrupt and only care about filling their quota.

      In saskatchewan the until you no longer have novice level (1 year after passing the test) the limit is 0. If you have any you can lose your liscence. Then after your novice period is done its the federal limit

      If it's a none violent or drug charge and you have no prior record most people do not see jail time trust me I work in a court

    Is it bad that I think Sebastian's fine is more than the maximum allowed under the NHL CBA?
    Also, normally I'm very hard on drunk-driving charges, but that is so close, I can forgive that. Especially since our warn in Canada is 0.05. He was probably even safe to drive.

    NHL players getting special treatment by the law, just as they have throughout their lives. The massive Hockey Canada scandal makes a lot of sense when you remember that these people have never had to suffer for the bad things they have done.

    What about Craig MacTavish or Dany Heatley? MacTavish missed a whole season for a DUI/vehicular homicide. Heatley was similar, but most everyone knows that story.

    Ex-Leaf ( from the 1970's ) Brian Spencer was arrested for murder in 1987, but was eventually found not guilty after a lengthy trial.

STUPID SHIT thats what happens !!! Or it could be something else that motivates them to do STUPID SHIT ! THUMBS-UP THERE IS HOPE AND HELP FOR THEM !
