Thank you! I was in so much pain with my gallbladder before I started this, I felt the pain begin to life on the side bend lunge. I can still feel a little discomfort under my right rib cage but nothing like what it was. ❤

This was lovely. My only suggestion would be to lower the music volume very slightly to better hear your explanation of the meridians if someone is new to this teaching. ❤

i did not know that gallbladder affect the decision . no wonder i have gallstone in my gallbladder. cause I was always wondering and hard to make decision and it becomes stress whenever i have to make decision in my life.

Yes I think you can do this. I am not a doctor so practicing any of my classes is always your own responsibility but bringing loving awareness and gentle stretching to the meridians shouldn't do any harm instead it has the potential support the organs. Let me know how it goes and if you feel any difference 💕

May I do with liver and gallbladder pain on and off pain...no stones by scan but sometimes got pain...

Can’t do this repeatedly. Who wants to listen to the same stuff again and again.
Once you’ve done it enough you can do the sequence it on your own. Just set a timer for each posture.
