- In the first part I encounter a squall that pushes the boat to a speed of 11 knots. In the second part I have big swell, wind and waves due to the front that is passing and me sailing upwind.
In this third and last part the boomvang breaks, the mast winch for the big genoa 1 doesn't work anymore and I have calms and wind and continuously calculate if I can make it on time before the next front hits New Zealand.

Wat een fantastische prestatie.. überhaupt je hele onderneming.. ongelofelijk.. werkelijk … schitterend hoe je dit allemaal in je eentje doet het zeilen .alleen zijn… en dan ook nog deze zeer regelmatige RUclips filmpjes maken … bewondering…..overigens ik zie een opvallende gelijkenis met de bikini van Ursula Andres 😊
A simple recommendation Mrs. Skipper: The cockpit teak, companionway frames and benches could use two coats of Linseed Oil, cheaper than Teak oil and performs the same function. Between the sun, salt and humidity they take their toll from the inside to out.
P.S. New Zealand, there are many Dutch people living and working, almost all of them were sailors, now they are specialists in different areas. That says a lot about the Netherlands.

Dat was weer een erg leuke video met veel praktisch zeilen. Heel erg bedankt, Jacqueline! Het zeilseizoen loopt ten einde hier in Europa. Binnenkort gaat mijn 45 jaar oude stalen zeilboot van 27 voet de winterstalling in.

Nice video of your last stretch to New Zealand. You are really feet to feet now with us in the Netherlands ( that is when we stand on our feet 😀) i am sure you will enjoy your next adventures as much as the long passages.

A cousine making hear shampoo and soaps on blocks where are very nice. Old soaps from industry was drying out skin but home made are so great....😉
