Almost a perfect video, but why did you skip putting the lock washer and the final bolt in? That's a very important part considering I literally just bought a go cart with this system and it did not have the lock washer and had to order this tort converter due to it flying off from not having it's a lock washer. Wanted to watch a video to make sure. I put it together right and you left out. What broke it in the first place
Ik what you mean lol, I have the same luck when it comes to RUclips tutorials. Always cuts out right when it gets to the part I needed to know the most😂💀 hope you found the right bolts ik i havent

Is there a way to have the rear shaft extended to right side? I'm looking at converting an E-ton AXL 50cc to a 212, but the chain drive is on the right side of the unit and not the left. My only other option I can see is to replace the entire rear axle with the sprocket on the left.
Got a problem. In my country I can't get a predator engine but similar. The problem is the jackshaft dismeter is either 18mm or 20 mm. Do you think the cvt kit will fit in one of them
Mate, forgot to tell us about the belt, it has a flat side and a curved side, if you flip it wrong the go karts shaft will pop off while driving, I’ve experienced that and caused injury to my back and my engine leaked from it explodes apart so make sure the belt was right, they right side should be facing the flat part of the metal and the left curved should face the curved metal
Need Help to install better rim and clutch gear and more to make it run better I have a 212 Predator motor I have a spunder go kart with plastic body need help please so I can ride my first go kart I have always wanted let me know what to but to take out the old rim and gears from it thanks
ok, are we talking about the wheel rim? if so GoPowerSports.com would be a great place to find a rim and tons of other go-kart parts. they also have many of the best clutch options out there. when you go to look up the rim make sure to match it up with an old one. if you don't have the old one look at how it bolts up and the size of the tire you are going to be using. with the clutch, it's going to be a 3/4 in the bore. make sure to match up the chain with your clutch. it's probably a #40 or #41. and a 12 or 14 tooth would be great for that go-kart. if you have any other questions feel free to ask. would love to help you get your go-kart working again.

Good video buddy. The problem with mine is it won't dissengage. It's installed correctly the belt is the one that came with the kit and is installed correctly as well. I'm at a loss here do ya have any advice for me?
Have you tried flipping the belt? The torque converter belt is made to only work one way because the groves in the belt are usually angled. if that's not the problem it could also be that the torque converter is not mounted in the same position as the one in the video. when i tried to mount mine differently it would engage all the time. I hope that helps. let me know if there is anything else you need.

Well if it’s not aligned straight that could cause it to come off. Also you want to make sure your chain isn’t to loose because that could also cause it to come off the sprockets
Not exactly sure what you mean by that. You cannot put a washer inside the collar. You could put one behind it if you want to. It’s not necessary though.
Before you installed the collar on the shaft of the engine there should have been a washer. I put it on without that washer bc I watched your video and it did not fit correctly everything was loose but I watched a different video and found the correct way to do it 👍
All good things. Great camera angles on parts, and breezy walk through on assembly. Nice.

Is the key washer absolutely necessary?
you could run it without the washer but I would not recommend it.

Having a hard time aligning chain with torque converter. Why does my chain keep coming off
Well if it’s not aligned straight that could cause it to come off. Also you want to make sure your chain isn’t to loose because that could also cause it to come off the sprockets
Do you have to remove the governor to prevent it from burining out?
Did you ever find out?

Does your collar align perfectly with the secondary ?
yes they should.

Can I us this on a bt200x mini bike?
Yes you should be able too. As long as the engine has a 3/4th in shaft
I need one of those😎
They make your 212 go kart so much more fun. Definitely worth the money
Now how to replace the bearings
The clutch is useful for homemade walking tractor 200 to 500 cc engine
As long as it’s not heavier then your clutch is rated for
I had my sprocket welded to axle will i still be able to upgrade it?
you may be able to grind the sprocket off the axle but otherwise you would have to totally replace the axle and that can be pretty difficult
