Like your videos. I have a question. Poeple put underseat subs..isn't that a problem with the air( heating vents on the ) underside of the seatfloor..sub will get hot.
Top man I have been struggling with my QashQai for the past 2 years, now I know what I was doing wrong, a question please the screen is not great on the camera for clarity, if I was to change my headunit for a nice apple play type head unit with a much better screen, would it improve the camera quality, or is it the camera on the car that is causing the low quality thanks.
I just thought it might have an exit feature like my mate's Peugeot 3008. Which let's him exit a tight parking space when other drivers have been less than kind. I'm disabled so it isn't always easy. I'm weighing up my options because I don't know whether to get the new Tekna + with pro pilot or the facelifted 3008.
Hey, I'm not sure how similar the xtrails system is. I do know that the qashqai self locks only if no doors have been opened (Inc boot) If you unlock then open a door, the self lock will not activate.

I have had my Qashqai with P/A for nearly a year now ,but have not used this feature yet. Going to give it a go now !!!-Thanks.

It may improve it a little bit. It's a mix of both, poor camera quality and poor screen resolution

Iv got a 14 plate tekna but when i press the p.a icon it says not available at the top of screen
is your cameras dirty because thats usally why i belive because it used all 4 cameras plus the one on the windsheild thats 5 cameras in total

I have a 2017 Qashqai Tekkna+ and it doesn't have PA, do you know if they just didn't bother or why isn't it available?
I have the 2017 Tekna on a 17 plate and that has it.

Hmmm, that's strange. I'm not sure if it's not activated, it still shows the button. Maybe someone else without pa could help?

I have a 2017 Tekna and have used the feature a few times to parallel park . My question is, can it be it be used to exit a a parallel parking space?
No, that's what your sensors are for😉

It'll only lock itself if you have unlocked it and not opened any door.

Did you use the brake or is the car stopping by it self when finished the parking process? I bought a Qashqai 3 days ago and didn't try it yet.
You do all the pedals yourself.

I'd recommend the older ones yeah, new ones seem to be plagued with problems. Avoid the 1.2 petrol

Hi how do you know if your Nissan Qashqai has got park assist .
If you press the camera button. Look for the PA button (stands for park assist)
Sorry but the doing the parallel with no actual car behind you hardly demonstrates confidence in the system.
There are a lot of videos that show the nissan qashqai self parking system with cars around them
