Will there be fault codes/limp mode when those flaps are removed? I want to avoid limp mode at all costs but also not waste a lot of money and time to get it removed via software

May I ask what this does and how did you plug the holes?
We plug them with repair set which we offer in our range. Video shows how to remove old ones order to install new ones
Linkage arm has come loose on my manifold. Does this cause limp mode ?
Most likely, the linkage motor sends a signal that its malfuntioning, you can bypass ut with a 4.7k ohm resistor on the connector for the motor, put one end in te middle and the other end at the flat side of the connector (atleast for me with my om648) and youre good to go, make sure to turn the linkage arm to the 'opened' position though, because when closed your car idles rough
@@danishchoudhry302 I fixed it. Servomotor was ok, the linkage arm had come lose because all the flaps were destroyed. I performed delete flap plugged all the holes with the servomotor connected. Car was losing vacuum through destroyed flap holes and now is performing better than ever !
